Machining Guide Supports

Second op machining of some guide supports we manufacture. In this video we are milling off the 1st op holding stock, and finishing features on this face. Parts are barely held in the vise due to a large open pocket on the opposite side. Had to take light cuts to keep the part in the vise and minimize distortion, but with the machine being so fast, it took no time at all.
