No mention of how similar in general premise “Crossed Out” is to Death Note. A spirit gives a young person the ability to kill someone by identifying something about them and writing them out of existence, albeit through different methods. The youth then abuses the power and goes on a killing spree.
I was about to type the same thing. That is EXACTLY what this is! I don't know which one came out first (I'll look it up, later), but the premises are the same.
They had not only Danny Trejo and Anson Mount, but Jason Alexander? Damn this movie was a celebrity cornucopia.

Corey is right. This without a doubt was the worst segment of that movie. But, it also tells the story of how shady the music industry truly is and how they get down. It shows how far people will go as well.

Just when they were describing the reverend and just before they showed Billy Dee Williams I was about to guess oh Clifton Powell. Then they showed Mr Colt 45 and I was like huh 🤔 caught me by surprise.
Not a lot of people talk about this, but seeing Snoop as a demon with concubines by his side reminds me so much of that bit at the end of the video for Coolio's "Too Hot" when he turns into a demon with those demon girls by his sides.
That short dude vomiting was also in the basketball movie with Dennis Rodman where he “helps him fly” 😂😂

I remember back in the Hollywood video and blockbuster days, I glanced at this as I was looking through movies, years later I watched it, it was something else.
The animation looks just like the same as in the show afro samurai
as bad as these were, i'm glad that black actors were getting paid and honestly the performances weren't awful. you can do far far worse for what its worth
in my opinion every snoop dogg movie holds up as a halloween film to sit and laugh with at the very least. and i say laugh with because i think everyone involved was having a good time and knew what they were dealing with

The second segment is trying to copy from the original Tales from the Crypt movie in the 70's. The last segment in that one is a new caretaker (ex-army) assigned to a home for the blind and elderly. He is so greedy that takes the budget and some of the men freeze and starve. So the blind men rig up traps to get payback. Really good segment. I loved the review. Happy Halloween!

I think the animation for this movie was done by this studio called Titmouse. It’s an animation studio that done animation for Disney Channel animated shows like The Owl House and Star Vs The Forces of Evil.
That Explains Why The Animation Was Done By Titmouse Studio.

While this movie is bad I really enjoy it and find myself watching it every Halloween. Not only is it a fun watch but it is super ambitious for its scope and budget. It this was remade with a bigger budget and had Aaron Mcgruder writing and maybe Lesean Thomas on animation it could sincerely be a great film or animated short

i gotta snoop credit though for atleast trying to keep the tradition going of hood horror movies in the spirit of Tales from the Hood (which i way better) but atleast he tried. wish he would of had a bigger budget, better writers and less comedy. But i still respect the effort. shoutouts to the Top Dogg.
