Hey, I would be so thankful if you could help me solve my problem. The problem is that needle on my fuel gauge is going to slowly, it shows exactly how much fuel I have but it goes about 1 min when is full tank, it's too slow... is there any trick that I can do...
Hi mate Iv got a vw gold tdi mk5 other day after not running it for a week I started it up and it’s a very lazy starter, after starting up the dash lights went dim then bright and after this I didn’t get a reading from my field gage, after a long drive I thought would come back up but I’m still without a reading there is slight movement in the gauge when I turn the car off which led me to think it’s the fuel relay any advice mate ????
Of course, if you connect that wire to any point of metal on your car (earth it) then the gauge will move to full if the connector and wiring work. Bear in mind that paint can affect conduction.
@@archiefieldhouse alright man so i cleaned everything in the tank. but i’m not sure how to test the connection. when i put the tester on it just sparks. and i doesn’t move the gas gauge. how do i run wires ?

Hi! Sorry, I dont understand how do you test the wiring. Can you explain to me?

mine only moves from empty to half tank even if i move the lever to full
how did you clean it?
Cleaned the rust off with a wire wheel on a bench grinder 👍🏻
