I love this interview with Santa ❤! She is the real deal very authentic. I deal with 24/7 dizziness. I know that I can do more if I wasn’t so dizzy. Correct me if I have bought into it…? I love what said Miguel about not labeling the cfs!! Mornings are hell for me until the afternoon. I wake up so dizzy and frustrated and angry. Which I know doesn’t help! Thank you for the great videos!!😊
@@teresataylor5170 I just read you comment. You sound just like me, I'd be so much better with out this off balance bullshit. It just shuts you down and it's very exhausting.
@teresataylor5170 No,, I haven't been to that many doctors. But did have some blood work done. But when I look up any of this stuff and listen to people stories it all sounds like it was from stress and they all have Anxiety in the end.
I see in so many videos somebody saying that it was difficult to believe, that it is about the nervouse system. This is one thing I always knew. I didn't understand how to come out of it. But it was never hart to believe for me. Because I always knew it.
@cfsrecovery I really appreciate your videos. Two questions: 1. I watched another of your video interviews recently, where the guest said that one of the things the coaches say is to remember to trust yourself and remember to listen to yourself in terms of where you are physically, and went to pull back versus pushing things. The problem is that’s precisely what most of us with these conditions lack. That trust in our body and even intuitions has been shattered by the crash cycles. It seems to be one of the first things to go. “ I thought I could do X but then I crashed anyway.” So I wonder how to rebuild the type of knowledge that will actually arrive at more reliable intuitions as to when to push or not. 2. Like many people with long Covid I have bad tinnitus. My tinnitus started decades ago, but some loud sound caused it to spike a year ago and I haven’t been able to recover or habituate. I’m presuming that at least part of the problem is my disregulated nervous system. Do you have experience with people whose tinnitus has gotten better via brain retraining, or when other symptoms resolved? Thanks .
CFS and anxiety are very different. Anxiety is being worried and fear of situations, yes you get symptoms like fast heart rate, shortness breath, bit dizzy etc but CFS is way way more. You get up and half hour later you can’t stay awake, crushing fatigue where you can’t open your eyes, your body is really heavy like you can’t lift your limbs, you get all over body pain, you can’t sleep because your brain wont let you even though you’re tired, it stops you walking, stops you leaving the house, your room, your bed. It affects your memory so you can’t remember anything, and if you do read or go on phone, or iPad it causes all these symptoms. You get surges of night sweats, adrenaline, you are affected by heat, cold, get a sore throat, IBS, can’t see properly, etc etc I had over 30 symptoms including anxiety. its hard to explain but it is different. Anxiety is much milder.
@@Lozzy-h6m Thank you for answering me so quickly. Maybe I have CFS. Idk!! So confused about all this crap. I have all the things you mentioned but when I look up Anxiety symptoms there's like soooo many,, plus extremely exhausted.
@@tracystandish3420 You may have cfs then as when I just had anxiety and panic attacks I don’t recall having the fatigue. Yes I couldn’t leave the house as I would have the fear and panic but it was very different. With cfs it makes your body shut down, it literally gives you so many awful symptoms that you can hardly do anything. You can’t even do stuff in the house. I couldn’t even lift my arms to have a drink of water. I didn’t have that with anxiety. I could still stand with anxiety and still do household jobs etc
Is it correct to say that the main part of recovery is strengthening and increasing activation in your prefrontal cortex and minimizing the activation of your amygdala?

@teresataylor5170 would you happen to know the cure for v- disfunction ? What do they do for it?
