@@LoganbuiltRaceShop it’s on a fifth gen do you think it needs fire rings? And crazy question but any chance your old man’s going to do some testing on his car soon? I’m trying to get my old man to get the old 69 cuda to the track and I’m sure having a old friend there would help lol
@@lancelucas28 tell him to bring it to edgewater tomorrow! I wouldn’t be at all afraid to make 800 on a stock bottom end 5th gen. I would not fire ring it for they are a lot of maintenance on a street truck and definitely not needed at that power level. I’d just throw a set of head studs in it and rock on!
@@LoganbuiltRaceShop sweet definitely feel more comfortable doing this at home with the old guys then. Sadly the cuda is down right now somehow he melted something on his shifter linkage this week should be fixed this weekend. So definitely the next one for sure.
@@wyland86 no it as an aftermarket casting that is cast completely solid with no water jackets at all. Makes it much stronger than a filled stock block
@@LoganbuiltRaceShop alright that makes sense, keep it up on the work your doing I enjoy learning from you, I seen you at UCC few months ago and was about to approach you to talk to you but looked like you had your hands beyond full with fancy Greg A’s chaos 😚
Logan, I’m 42 years old, this engine is worth more than my first house.

So nice of you to show off your 5k sub giveaway prize 😂

How badass is that!!
Do you use dampened converters in your trans builds?
@@that_7.3_guy_with_a_fox7 absolutely. All Goerend converters are dampened
Damn nice setup! But might be a bit more than I need. I’m looking to start a 800ish hp build any local builders you recommend?
@@lancelucas28 honestly for 800hp you can run a stock bottom end in any of the 12 or 24v engines. Just bolts on will get you there!

Bad ass
When they say Hamilton sold block is that just a stock block that’s been filled by Hamilton

@@LoganbuiltRaceShop is the block it’s self thicker then a stock block?
