Trying to do my first relief now. If you could could you please tell me by using your example, what is the difference between "height" and "base height" and why was height used and not base height? Come to think of it, I don't even know what base height is referring to? Obviously its some kind of base. Other than that I don't know its purpose.

Is it me??? I just installed CC Pro and would really like to watch these videos. The problem is I can just barley hear the audio. Other youtube videos are fine. Anybody else have this problem?

What is this CCPro version? Is this diff from the one you get when spending $2500 for the machine and a few accessories?

    EDWARD can you help?
I have a shapeoko XXL that is a few days shy of a month old😳
I have been able to cut several designs out with it and it’s worked fine up until today 😢
TODAY it gets about a quarter way through any project I TRY TO cut and it stops and it tells me that ERROR 5 SERIAL PORT RESOURCE ERROR?
Can anyone help? I have disconnected the power and reconnected it hoping that it will solve the problem but it does not? And I have called and emailed carbide 3-D!
