    I enjoyed testing this Parkside multifunctional cutter and found it to have very high flow, finesse and power. It can be seen that it is Premium quality both in design and in operation, and especially that it is very portable with battery power. The price is quite reasonable for the quality of the product. You made a 5-star presentation. Indeed you were very concise and thorough, very detailed, good subtitle, professional video. Thank you so much for your tutorial!

    Thank you for showing us exclusive first look at this machine. If possible could you make maybe a short video where we can see what can it do with a 4 amph battery since I believe not many of us own 8amph. I personally have only 2x 2amph and one non performance 4amph. Also comparing it with any pro segment tool like makita sounds interesting indeed I wish you good luck finding one and I will be waiting impatiently for your next upload.

    If you can find a Makita (or any decent router really), measure the runout with the same bit. I mean make a vertical plunge cut with a straight bit, and measure the diameter of the hole. If the hole cut with the Parkside is bigger compared to the other, that means this has worse runout. If the diameters are the same, that means nice job Parkside :)
    Try it in MDF, so wood grain won't affect the test.
    Maybe measuring directly is hard to do, so if you can get any diameter straight bit, try to get the same diameter of something. Like a plastic conduit, metal round stock, etc. And compare the fit. If one hole is a tight fit, and the other is a snug fit for example

      I have the corded makita and this one. Made the test with an 8mm straight bit in mdf (same makita plunge base). Test: tail of the bit fits snugly in the makita hole and wobbles (0.3mm) in the parkside hole. So the parkside is not suitable for accurate work. Also, the parkside fits only inside the plunge base from makita. The included parkside bases are pretty cheap, but so is the price. I will return the parkside.

    It's a shame that angle attachment's base is made out of plastic. The tool itself looks very interesting, but everything will depend on it's price. I bet it will be somewhere around 120€ which is pretty expensive. Plus I'm not a big fan of this CMT style screw depth adjusting system. It's hard to set precisely and gets clogged up.

    Excellent video. Awful routing. I have quite a few Parkside and Makita tools, but these router bit cuts are very poor compared to Makita. Could it be the router bits are that bad, or is the Parkisde bit holder having vibration issues like in cheap Chinese routers?

    You have absolutely no idea how to handle this router. If dunes knew, then you would know that you don't handle 1.5 cm in one aisle but mill it in three steps. So before you show such tests, learn the right way to handle it

    • @icku
      @icku  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Its clear you have no idea how to test anything. I will explain and it will blow your mind 😂. So take a deep breath - In order to evaluate powertool capabilities one should push it to its limits. Every router will perform fine with 0.2mm cut.
