Ive lived over there before, just a block over from you. I loved that area. I dont think i saw any grimgos the whole time i was there. Even Premium Plaza, you barely see any tourists. I like the area and normally stay in Ciudad el Rio next to the new museum because of a great food court next to the river. I have been going back to Colombia for 15 years and wish gringos stopped coming. Please tell them it's dangerous and they will get kidnapped as soon as they land there so they go to another country.
