    Hey brother
A good idea would be to have the camera pointed less towards you and more towards the area you're trying to feature. 😅
    Thanks for your work.

Yes the hills in Medellin are no joke , walking to the grocery store and back will burn just as many calories as some peoples gym routine .

What’s up David! Good to see you doing well. You started the retired life in Riohacha. Mahia has put La Guajira on the map. So why don’t you make a video about the pros and cons of living in Riohacha since you decided to leave?

Het Damon, thanks for the support. I haven't spent enough time there, yet. Maybe I will do a video about Riohacha in the future.

Punto Clave shopping mall 4:30, mostly health services. I think you are on the edge of Poblado there?
Juan Valdez and Tostao are both way better than Starbucks. And there area a bunch of boutique smaller coffee shops around town.

People travel to Medellin from all over the world for medical care. I think a "policy" for a foreigner can be had for around $200 usd per month. I'm sure you get what you pay for, if you go to the cheapest clinic you likely get the worst care.

The nicest people in the world until they get behind the steering wheel. Or walk on a sidewalk. Forget it. They will walk into you.
