  • Excerpts from a lecture on "Balance, Coordination, Movement" held by Danish trainer Alexandr Melnikov on the occasion of the 2013 edition of The Camp in Wuppertal, GER.

    Body Tone(stretch to 4 sides) , Heaviness(relax the hip knee ankle joints for the feel of weight), lightness(emotionally motivated, to feel the joy of lifting and stretching more). contact point is just right under the rib cage.... interesting and valuable information.
    11:00, Stretch, release the tension out, keep the tone.
    18:00, Breath in when stretching, breath out when lowering(heaviness)
    20:00, always self coordinated, then start the leading with standing leg and core area

    a brillant passionate lecture from a tutor who obivously has a tremendous depth of knowledge and is up to date with modern standard technique , please come and teach in New Zealand ?.

    18:00, Rise, breath in for tone and lightness.
    Lowering, breath out for release of weight and force for heaviness and groundiness.

    20:00, Always use the standing leg and hip/center/middle part to create tone and action to lead the lady.

    10:00 Stratch the upper body and hold for correct body tone,
    Release the lower joints and weight to the floor for groundiness.
