Italian trainers Domenico Soale and Gioia Cerasoli, ITA, lecture about the importance of the woman in the partnership and the use of speed in dance. The speed of outside people is faster than the inside one in order to get around.

Great lecture from one of the most musical couple in the world. But, one thing could be misunderstood. The speed of a leg moving is always higher then the speed of the body - in the peak twice as fast. Thinking of moving feet slower then the body could end up in connecting body actions (and weight) to leg actions.
