Chasse to L or R, weight on one side only, the free leg feels like pulling in, and should silent on the steps. 1 foot side way jump exercise--to keep the shoulder and hip in line.
The secret of Quickstep--calm on the top(no rhythm in the head, long neck), everything under shoulder line is working.
Use the first 3 toes, Weight is on the inside edges of feet, knee is pointing to the big toe, long spine.
Pelvis must be parallel to the ground and stable for freeing up the upper body
Put the 1st neck bone (the 7th spine bone) over the pubic bone, feels long spine, for controlling the weight on the inner edges of the feet. And the hip is in the vertical falling position, not tilting forward and backward.
Step hop--the free leg is long (not banding) comes close to the standing leg under the body in the air.
Push the weight to the floor, give space to the lady for her to stand on her weight.

11:00, Always keep the weight on the inside edge of the foot, power of the knee is pointing to the big toe, keep a long long spine.
12:40, put the 1st neck bone over the top of your pubic bone, and keep the connection for the vertical and long spine, and looked light and could control the legs and feet action
22:50, Step hop, shoulder connect to the hip and feet when the step landing. allow the lady to be on her foot by not holding her in; the body is looking to the lady and vise versa.
The weight is always connected to the foot.

26:00, no raise of the knee in the Step Hop, no need to close the feet under the body, open the feet on landing.

7:00, keep the head still, very little head movement in jumping.

Body look toward the lady, give space to the lady for standing on her own.
