It just doesn't sound very nice (very unnatural), and she keeps on pronouncing words wrong.
It's very rare that I comment on the sound of people's voices for narration but it sounds like I felt I sounded post wisdom tooth extraction. Packed with gauze and low energy. She didn't sound like that in the open air shots so it might have been the settings of the mic or some other part of the setup.
I know hope she doesn't take this the wrong way.
I know how terrible it feels. I think that my puffy cheeks and thick tongue get in the way when i speak so I had to do my own elocution lessons. Narration has to be practiced.

That is not OCD OCD means obsessive compulsive disorder which means they have to do something a certain amount of times and if they don't get it right they have to start over like walking if they see blue they get stressed out because they can't see blue on the way there like a blue car or counting flowers if there isn't an even number they get stressed or if it wasn't odd they might get stressed to if something is perefectly align or you can't get a perfect straight line or what you said that is perfection or something you don't like happening and with OCD maybe they have to check everything multiple times so don't say something before you find a reliable source telling you about something or just research before you say it in the future ok?

There is a thing called lactose intolerant
The granita (or granite plural) is NOT considered ice cream at all. It's just granulated ice with different syrups on top. Gelato (or ice cream in english) is milk or cream based.
So Italy should not be in this list with granita, but instead with gelato.
