I absolutely am fascinated with the Anakin to Vader story! How he went from a loyal to a fault friend, he was hero of the clone wars, and a perfect example of “the path to hell is paved with good intentions “ perfect!

These recent Vader comics are extremely impressive and well thought out. I must own physical copies of them.
Dooku taught Vader. He taught him the feeling of loss. Also the importance of being the best duelist of them all. Too bad that the sword wasn’t enough to bring down the emperor.
Why the inquisitor s hated him? That’s kind of the point of the dark side. You’re supposed to channel your anger and hatred to become more powerful in the force.
And to realize the potential you have you gotta kill your master, it’s da rules.

@@abdulazis400 he fell from taller heights in the Clone Wars and stuck the landing. If his training allowed him to overcome the shock of losing his arm and being electrocuted then could have survived.
It is unknown if Windu knew how to become a force ghost. His voice in episode 9 is a Disney non-canon. He either survived as Jackson and Lucas said, or had already merged with the force after losing his identity.
There is a logic to it. To fight jedi, especially jedi who survived order 66, is no easy feat. You cannot give them any quarter or time to breathe, plan and counter attack. The inquisitors would be going up against the best of the best and they'd have to match that. It's brutal, but so is the Star Wars universe as a whole.

Actually very few inquisitor were succesful anyways, they could beat stray padawans, but when it came to beat Jedi masters, only the Grand Inquisitor and one or two more were capable of at least survive the encounter, so it was pointless at the end.
When Vader talked about "loss", he was 100% talking about when Obi Wan cut off his legs.

I wonder how Darth Vader got the time. Hunting Jedi himself, crush rebellions, meetings with Imperial officers, teaching the Inquisitors, teaching Galen Marek/Starkiller, trying to bring Padme back, doing his own secret schemes against Palpatine.

There is a TH-cam channel they did a comparison of vader power by using the game Jedi fallen order vader could lift 140 elephants the titanic 12 747 airliners A bunch of tanks and I think a building on top of it and that’s not even his full power

Starkiller also had 2 Jedi for parents. I'm pretty sure that's a rarity for the Jedi. Add in the fact Vader trained him for a little over a decade and a half: Starkiller's power is obviously gonna outshine theirs
Vader will always be an iconic character in statwars, honestly i wish they would make an animated series about his early adventures or even him getting his lightsaber from the grey jedi he killed

honestly in light of the fact that its the dark side hes trying to teach something tells he me hes not only falling onto emperor palpatine's method but also touching on the process of the dark side from master yoda because in the Phantom Menace Yoda says that Fear leads to Anger Anger leads to Hate and Hate leads to suffering and ultimately the dark side. through his torture he is teaching them to fear him, which will lead them to be angry, hate him which is a way to the dark side and ultimately be immune to more suffering because of the suffering they already have felt and are feeling inside. leading to the battle with Order 66 survivors to end swiftly.
This will be a day long remembered.

I like in the comics there’s a time where the inquisitors were all sitting around thinking what they were going to do after all the Jedi were gone and when they wondered what Vader would do the ninth sister just said a man like him will always find someone to kill.

Question: lower level Jedi become Jedi Temple Guards. Slightly higher and they may become a padawan. So why was the Grand Inquisitor the highest, when below him where several once padawans?
You must be mistaken. Jedi Temple Guards aren’t low level Jedi, they were Jedi Knights. Jedi Knights were higher than padawans. The Grand Inquisitor was the most similar force users to Vader in the Empire, both were former Jedi Knights.

If you notice when Vader meets the inquisitors...he has the high ground.
Even in the old canon, when Vader had any sort of understudy or apprentice, he always stood taller than them or from the high ground.
Like in The Force Unleashed 2, where after Vader had spent months slaughtering the failed clones of his former apprentice, he came back to one promising clone he kept in a hole in the ground for 13 days and stood over him all superior like.
I think Darth Vader's training method was something that came to him more naturally through instinct rather than knowledge as Darth Vader seems far less concerned with the understanding of the force than the emperor. You could say that Darth Vader and the emperor are polar opposites in how they channel the dark side where the emperor is more methodical and scheming Darth Vader is more strait forward and primal.
Yes, but it's because Sidious is a psychopath from birth (check out his personality and actions as a child), but Vader is an emotionally extremely unstable and impulsive man. It's basically the difference between Athena the greek goddess of (strategic) war and Ares the greek god of (impulsive bloodlusty) war ...
How did palpatine get the grand inquisitor to fall to the dark side? When, where and how?
Possibly secretly during the end of the Clone War, since he was the one who killed the Temple Guards.
@Walker H he actually was a Jedi Temple Guard, who surrendered to the 501st and committed to killing his fellow Jedi during order 66.

Vader I think was mostly and ironically influenced by the Jedi not really in their methods of teaching but in how they fought to and his own personal experiences during and after Order 66 that he was able to identify that the inquisitors weren't embracing their inner darkness or want for survival,Dooku might of also had a slight hand in his teaching methods
His teaching methods I think were very appropriate for the order he serves. Especially that one line he says that being a former jedi is part of the infection.

Kind of odd, as I seem to recall hearing/watching that Sidious was always scolding Vader to stop focusing on the few remaining Jedi and attend to other matters... 🤔 ? (I've not actually read any of the books or comics, but as a history buff, the fictional SW universe is fascinating to me). 😎👍
I think initially palpatine was really worried about the remaining jedi, but as vader killed off more and more of them he started to worry less about them and more about the rebellion and his death star.

Vader used the light and the darkside. Palpatine hated this fact.. its why he felt his son the moment he tapped into the force and sidious could not. Vader had a stronger connection than palpy.

I think Vader knows how to turn former Jedi into sith warriors because he was a Jedi in the past so he knows the best ways to get the hate at brings upon the sith on former Jedi for instance the loss lesson is kinda like how he lost his limbs yet still survived and that’s why he cut the sixth brothers arm off because it’s similar to how he loses his arms

Wait when he met Obi Won, on the Death Star, Vader said "Last time we met I was the learner but now I am the Master" He is meeting Obi Won in the Obi Won series for the first time since Revenge of the Sith, The Inquisitors are already established. If this will be the first time they meet since, and he's the learner then how can he be the Master during the time of the inquisitors?
Dont say anything more. Disney will just retcon that or make 4 "legends"

Torturing to near death was the method of Darth Plagious (The Wise) who was Vaders' "father" as Anakin was created by Plagious with his experiments with manipulating the Midi -Clorides.
This is just another way of showing how genetic personality traits are handed down by parents. Of course the good in Vader was from Schmee Skywalker.

I think one of the main sources for his teaching method was in attack of the clones when dooku chopped his arm off. The main reason why dooku did that is for the same reason why Vader did the same for the inquisitors. “Loss. He will never forget it”
I was thinkin about this moment, and i think that rage even if it’s natural is very hard to live 100% with. I think even in our world some people are made by anger, but i think also that when they’ll have an option to shut down this anger they will always choose this path. In star wars, even the big sith lord had, like zen moments, they are so fully made by bad feelings that he attein a level of stoïque anger. The fact that for vador permanent torture, his horrible armor, his scars, is really make darth vador that powerfull, that’s why he told them this way, it was the more efficient way also
