"Piss off" is his regular comment on tieflings party, he'll say it about any LI with certain dialogue options. - your LI choice. This are specific for each companion. It's kinda ridiculous how much he has to say on the matter of MC sex life))
Never played this game, never heard of it till recently, I watch a lot of the dragon age content so I thought I’d be interested in this game and now I’ve fallen in love with whoever this man is and his voice.
This game reminds me of dragon age origins all over again. I even accidentally romanced the women and missed the hot guy I was shooting for. And got badly burned for my efforts too lol “oh no, darling. It’s not you, it’s me… *I have standards* .” 😵💫
I find it sad that the female followers annoy me more than Astarion does. All the guys are awesome, too, but... I'm a sucker for the vampirespawn by default... 😌
I was not even considering to play this game (limited time on my hands, not that I don't like this style - quite the contrary) now all these Astarion scenes make me want to play this so bad :D I might have a crush and want to touch his hair so bad >.

I gotta upload my video, also had a jealous scene when I sided with the tieflings, and at the end had the choice to spend the night with him, or shadowheart. I choose her. He was not jealous, at aaaaallllll 🤣 this look of his, this `´you stole the last cookie`´ is just priceless 😁
It's amazing how much details developers put even in these little dialogues. There was no need for it, really, but they did it anyway and i'm nothing but grateful.
Oh the Lae'zel one on the Tiefling path is golden too. It's like "We don't have a week for you to recover from whatever her idea of fun is!" There is that hint of jealousy and concern that's endearing - and then you can have him convince you to spend the night with him instead XD
How playable is Baldur's Gate? I've been interested in it since day one but avoided pretty much all media around it. Seeing Astarion so jealous rekindled some Dragon Age cravings I've been having.
It got a major update yesterday. I also tried it for the first time yesterday. I spent 2 hours alone in the character creation. I usually avoid new gen games but i already love this one and can't wait for the full release. You should definitly give it a try.
If you haven't picked it up yet, considering this comment was posted a year ago, I'd suggest trying it out now. It's still in early access so there are a few quirks. For instance a few discussions here and there that have dialogue without animation (or present an under construction image) mostly within the "spend the night with a companion" scenes, the lighting is sometimes odd, and you get the occasional bug (slowly drifting corpses, hilariously), but it's reasonably few and far between for a game in early access. Usually nothing serious, the game has crashed for me a few times but there's a good chance something in my particular PC setup is causing most of them. That aside it comes close to feeling like being given the complete first act of the game as a demo. Personally I've hit about 130 hours between two different characters, and I haven't even properly finished with either. Some of that is my habit of leaving the game running while I'm looking at lore or approval guides, but you'll definitely get a lot of mileage out of it in its current state.

@@starksandshields5151 Oh same! Although I love games like this, tactical battles are always a nightmare for me. No idea if it will help, but here's some tips: - Get yourself to level 4 beforehand. Following build guides can also help, particularly Sorlock as the chromatic orb spells can wipe out a lot of enemy health when you're double casting it. It takes a lot of the pain out of tactics when you can just throw an orb at all your problems. - Don't fight the goblins on sight, persuade your way into the main camp and sneak in the top entrance of the fortress once you're done looking around outside. No one will fight you unless provoked, and you can wander around doing whatever you like or need to inside before attacking the three bosses. - If you hold down shift, it'll show red where characters can see you, and where they can see each other. This makes it nice and easy to stay out of their detection range for sneak attacks and the like. - Go through Priestess Gut's dialogue until you can choose to ask her to brand you. She goes into a room out of other's detection range where you can sneak attack her and likely finish her off before this alerts anyone else. - There's an area just next to the room Ragzlin is in, with a spider pit below. Just lure and push the goblins, individually, into the spider pit. You may have to persuade or bribe a few times if others see you or if the push fails, so either have a very charismatic person do the pushing, have a ton of gold, or, well, you could save scum on any failed rolls. Sure it's cheap, but it's effective. - You can actually clear out the majority of the goblins this way with the various pits around in the fortress, if you want to be extra safe. It can take some time since lure skills don't seem to work 100% of the time (at least for me), but if you want to it's an option. Pushing them into any pit other than the spider one does mean losing the ability to loot their body, though. Sneak attacks are also a good option for the ones with lower health, depending on how much damage you can do in one hit. - Do the same with the two goblins patrolling near Minthara by pushing them into the bottomless pit nearby. The orb is easy to one-hit-kill with a sneak attack. If you don't take them out they'll attack when you try anything with Minthara. - You know those explosive barrels in the room behind that merchant? You can mist step in and add them _all_ to the inventory of your team, then waddle over and drop them all around Minthara and the goblin next to her, as close to them as possible. There's a small ledge just at the end of that room she's in you can jump up to, have each person in your team jump up and hug the wall (it's a small section where the explosion shouldn't hit), then have one throw your strongest area of effect spell to set off all the barrels. If the aoe spell is strong enough it might just kill her without a fight, if not you may be able to finish her off before the fight alerts the rest of the goblins. Technically you could do this with any of the three, I just find it the easiest way to finish off Minthara given there's only so many barrels in the fort. You might also be able to gather explosive barrels from elsewhere to drop on the others, come to think of it. - Convince Lump to work for you prior to all of this. Once you've thinned out most of the goblins surrounding Ragzlin through getting them acquainted with the spiders below, use Lump's horn and join the battle towards the end when Ragzlin is at low health. If you're lucky, Lump can also die this way and you can nab his circlet that boosts intelligence to 17. There are probably a few other ways you could go about this that avoids a straight up fight as well. I only tried the barrel thing for a laugh at first, before I realised how ridiculously effective it is (after I had killed literally everyone in the room setting it off, that is).

I killed Astarion the second I had the chance, found the monster hunter. Took me about less than a second to slam on the button to tell him where Astarion is. Goodbye annoying gay joke. Astarion dissaproves of anything that isn't murdering children, and he has Fantasy AIDS.

The goblins are in the camp because this version of the playthrough is evil. If you stand with the goblins then you get a goblin party.
