Thanks That was cool. I love these little Bukhanka vans. They look rugged, up to the task, I always see them in movies. It makes the scene interesting. I want to own one. It is definitely on my list. I imagine the fun I could have driving here in New Zealand. Thanks, it was fun seeing a conversion
in the winter, when I didn't have the bike in the back, so I stored my tools there. But now I don't have any specific place for them. In the layout design change that I am working on, I will dedicate a storage space for tools!
Nice van. What about internal lighting and ventilation? Any thoughts of wind-turbine for co-generation? Can solar panel lid on top be set to upright position?
I put 2 RV 12volt dimmable lights connected to the battery for lighting. which are great! The UAZ has holes and cracks for ventilation all around the van😅, and i live in Armenia, which has a cooler climate. Yes I’ve thought about it! But the solar is more than enough for this van! I don’t even have to tilt it! It even charges the batteries during snow!
I have the same van (2009 year) Thanks for inspiration how to place things. What about wood stove? Is it ok? I still think about it, but i am affraid.... Is it good idea?
Terrific!
Thanks
