AWESOME Matress! One thing I didn't hear much on are the coils and the overall thickness of the matress when completely assembled. Are the coils individually in the pockets and what is the foam made of that is on the top layer before the topper goes over?
Just purchased one of these=Cal King- Jim was fantastic by the way- Can't wait to sleep on it. Quick question-Where do you order the new top panel or a different comfort foam level? I was looking on the website and there was not a link for that. Also, on the website it says that you can change comfort levels anytime in 10 years for $199, but I think it said in store it was that price within a year of purchase, then it was market price because material costs change? Just looking for clarification

Pillow tops always get destroyed and it’s a pain in the neck get a topper much better you can get rid of it I hated sleep number beds they can keep that expensive air mattress
Whats is the price point for a queen size ?
We appreciate the TH-cam video of your mattress, however your website does not allow you to view this mattress on line to see its construction and driving 3 hours is not reasonable without first seeing your products online!!! An updated and improved website would go a long way to improving customer sales. Just an opinion.
