Thats why this sounds so pleasing(other than the talented composer and players!) its very close to what the song sounds like with voices!

For me as a Russian, the rhytmical pattern and the melody of the Sovngarde theme itself somehow reminds me of two Russian songs, particularly - "Дубинушка" ("Dubinushka") and "Там вдали, за рекой" ("There, beyond the river"). Moreover, the lyrics of these two songs (especially the second one), if being placed over the Sovngarde theme, coincide quite harmoniously with it. I am not sure, if Jeremy Soule was somehow inspired by the songs; but, as it is known, creativity sometimes rhymes with its' own forms independently from the time, space and a person who creates these forms. Lieutenant Eclipse what do you expect? It is a live performance, not recorded in a studio. Infact the audio quality is rather good for a live performance, usually there is much more echo
the video looks completely fine to me, and the audio is great minus the small static. you don't even notice it while listening to the greatness of the song
While I won't say it's perfect, as that's almost impossible, it's not butchered at all. All the main focus is the same, and the main audio problems are most likely from the camera's audio.

As much as I like this idea, I don't think it would happen. Bethesda has a tendency to hide the race, gender, class, etc. from their canon.
