Skodas have definitely come a long way in the last 10 years or so, they used to have a bad rep but we had one for a few years around five years ago and it was so robust.
Craig loves those lawnmowers, our wedding venue had them which I swear helped sway him to choose it! 🤣

Hey again guys!! Oh my goodness, this is taking us back to our 2021 summer when we ended up in Slovenia by accident but absolutely loved it!! That lawnmower - I am also equally amazed by it. The forests there are super beautiful, and the swans are so tame! These little towns are absolutely gorgeous, especially at sunset. Love how green everything, and the cute little houses. We agree with you Anita 100%! We felt like we rushed through Slovenia. When we got to Croatia we slowed down though and started spending a full week in places and definitely enjoyed the experience much more. Thanks for watching and hope you have a great week yourself!

Glad you found the videos helpful! We spent 4 nights in Ljubljana, 4 in Bled, 2 in Maribor, and 2 in Piran. We actually wished for more time in Bled as it was so beautiful but we found it sufficient nonetheless.

I want that lawn mower!! My husband would love it. These all seem like great things to see and do in the area. I'd definitely want to visit the castles and the waterfall. The canyon looked really pretty too. Nice and shady. And the views of the town from the church were so beautiful!!

I can’t wait to see this country, I’ll be there for about 22 days I’ll be somewhat on a tight budget so I won’t go the car rental route and will rely on the public transportation

What a wonderful video, they are absolutely charming the first town had elements that took me to Hallstatt on Austria (I think it was one building) and the grounds of the castle looked ao enchanting with all the walks and giant lake.

The plant is actually called Impatiens glandulifera (Hmalayan balsam) and it is very invasive.

April has yet to drive a foreign car in a foreign country because Wayne always "has to do" the driving! We want one of those lawnmowers, so cool! Love the tree-lined paths! What exactly is the Plecnik Arcade? Lovely views indeed at 6:27. You know we always enjoy a visit to a castle!
The arcade is was meant to be the decorative entrance of the city with arches, stairs, and a fountain and Plecnik was the designer.
Oh yes! We recall that term now from when we were there almost 3 years ago...
How is your world tour going with all these rules / restrictions nowadays? Did it make you change a lot of your plans? The gardens at the castle looks lovely. Such a lovely canyon.
It’s going well still. We’re in Bulgaria now and haven’t had any problems as we’ve been in Europe so long that they let us in no problem. However, they are not letting anyone flying from the US in currently.
