Tired of crying. I literally feel exhausted from begging and pleading. Drank myself stupid last night on an empty stomach as I haven't been able to eat for days . My system immediately rejected the alcohol and I'm now extremely hung over . I am done chasing. Yes I have my flaws but I did not deserve this. I treated him like a king and his actions has completely shocked me including everyone we know.
I have now decided to keep the little bit of dignity I have left and work towards healing.

Drinking only made me feel worse because that was the time i wanted to call her the most. I was not treated well by her, she broke every one of my boundaries. When she broke our engagement off, she blamed it on how i treated her when i was angry with her. Sure, fair point: but why was I so angry with her? Because she kept crossing my boundaries over and over. She refused to take any blame, and that one sided shit is not what i need in my life. I want someone to work with me as a team, not me being their puppy dog.

@David clark he came back but I'm no longer interested in him. He didn't deserve me then and certainly does not deserve me now. I'm now focusing on myself and my career.
Happy to say that because of your videos I am now in a position where my ex is no longer my ex. We both agreed to start a new relationship. I was able to apply better techniques towards creating a positive environment for her to be in while around me, as well as being able to control the desperate voice in my head that wanted to beg & bargain our relationship back.
It was a 2 month break-up, and I believe that because I spent the time working on myself and applying your teachings, I was able to achieve these results in such a short time (although if I'm being honest it felt like an eternity).
I will continue to watch your videos and work on our relationship.

@@jessepushor9967 things didn't last long at all, and at the time it felt terrible, but I know that I did my best. I was in a place where I felt everything hinged on me, but the reality of it is that my feelings for her made me believe her when she blamed the relationship shortcomings on me, when really she was the one incapable of being in a stable relationship.
She came and left me several times over the course of a few months. Eventually I became so tired of the patterns that I could predict when she wanted to have a "talk" and say we weren't meant to be. By this time I felt absolutely no shock anymore over it.
Point being... as well as you do for yourself to improve yourself, your partner isn't always as perfect as your feelings tell you they are, and you'll never feel good enough for yourself if you let your ex set up what your standards should be.
Funny enough... She has since been in a relationship with a guy she was friends with before me, who was always bitter towards me, always wildly inappropriate when he's drunk. He's overweight, a long-time alcoholic, a chronic weed smoker, and has a reoccurring history of self-harm.
I'm not perfect, but I know my worth, and compared to him I'm a total catch. So again, I can't stress enough that you have to live by your own standards to be happy.
I've since dated good people and have obstained from entering an official relationship (for a time) to have more time for myself. currently taking my time working on a new relationship, but still sometimes I miss being single because of how much I learned to enjoy doing things for and by myself.
If you're going through what I felt ( I'll never forget how it was), I sincerely hope you come out better. I regret giving her the chance to pummel me, but I've learned a lot from it. I hope you can say the same for yourself when it's all said and done.

It’s difficult to showcase your self improvement and get back together when you’re in NC and your ex isn’t reaching out.
My ex reached out after, anxiety created desire, like Coach Craig says. I did send him an email explaining the personal growth I have so enjoyed making!!! We are going slow and trying to make it work. Stay motivated like Craig suggest, and WORK ON PERSONAL GROWTH, it is worth it in the long run. It took 11 weeks for us to reconnect. I really would not seen what I need to change had we not broken up!!!!

@@aronchas ehhh its been 2-3 weeks for me since i got dumped and i researched and learned about myself literally everyday, during work hours and at home. and i already improved ALOT in the little time that passed and i know im not done but im not where i was before the breakup either
You guys ♥️ I've been having doubts and anxiety creeping in today, but this has helped reassure me that I'm doing the right things and given me more optimism. It's a struggle sometimes to ignore that anxiety gremlin telling you to reach out to your ex, but stuff like this reminds us why we're giving them space and working on ourselves 👌

This actually made me feel a lot better about my situation. I have improved a lot over multiple months. Even before the breakup I had started looking into my behaviour because I didn't feel like who I was meant to be. I'm currently giving her the space she has asked for and hoping for her to reach out soon ish.

I doubt if I will ever hear from my ex again. I am in NC with him for 2 months now. But I get comfort from hearing how you two speak about what the ex is going through. I thought he just walked out of my life with no care and moved on to another. Its good to hear your perspective on people like him. It comforts me knowing maybe he too had doubts and issues with the breakup.

Before even hearing about you craig I’ve worked on my personal growth and I’m now back in contact with my ex and the bond and the connection we have our still there so I’m continuing on myself to keep growing and I feel that your videos now will be very useful for the next stage of keeping him in my life.

Tbh think there is no chance, my ex ran off by text 18 mths ago + hooked up with a colleague straight away. He isn’t bothered about the loss of the family. I am still very angry with him and can’t imagine ever forgiving him. Zero communication from him and now we are getting divorced.

For some reason, im so okay with what has happened and im truly letting go and letting the universe bring her back. We both agreed that what we had was special and we both know that our bond was amazing, even tho we fought, i can assume alot of that for myself because of my up bringin and how shit was dealt with in my house vs hers. We are almost complete opposites but i know that i am on the right track and that with the work i am doing she will realise and notice it and will be certain that this time around it will work out even better than before

After months of NC, my ex randomly showed up at my house twice, but we only talked the second time. I was cool and didn't show emotions, I talked to her a little and laughed she supposedly came to see my flatmate, when she left she looked really sad and disappointed. Now she is starting to randomly liking my Instagram posts, which she has never done since the break up. What the hell? Does she miss me or what?

@@justamannothingmore1999 yeah I will, as they said current events tends to form future trends, I think she is scared of never seeing me again after the end of our contract
find something fun to do that you know is one of her interests and casually say you have a spare ticket/seat etc because someone else cancelled on you, dont let on that you planned for her to come. Give her around 2 weeks notice if its a big event that would need a day or most of a day to do. IF she agrees to go it would be a good chance to hang out casually gauge her interest and be a bit flirty/cheeky and see how she responds. If positive say your going to grab a drink afterwards, imply that shes welcome to join you.
depending on what she does will show how interested she is in getting back together. if she seems unsure or pulls away a bit let her go and give her space to reflect. possibly go no contact again for a few weeks.
If she doesnt agree to go (seems hesitant, says shes busy etc) say you'll ask someone else and let it go.
Sometimes you are better off without them.
I can't shake the feeling that if she does come back. She's just gonna leave again. Rinse repeat. I don't wanna do that again. I don't want to go through that pain again.

My ex is rebounding, she said that I was too good for her and she said that I deserved better and she thought that she puts a lot of stress on me and I told her no she is not. And then she said "You deserve better. I'm sorry." The next day she told me that our relationship isn't working out. But just a week later or something, she's talking to this new guy and I made a mistake of contacting her and saying that she doesn't mean what she says. She told me that we wanna be with each other for a long time, and she said if we ever get into an argument, that does not mean we're breaking up, and even if we do she won't allow it. I felt really good after she said that because I wanted to be with her. Also she said if we don't end up in the future together, she will not date and she's gonna adopt kids and buy a dog. But nope, I told her that she doesn't mean what she says and she told me not say that, I didn't discuss that further because I didn't want to get her stressed out even more, but I was pretty angry but I didn't show my "sensitive" feelings towards her, so she likes this new motherf*cking guy and she said she was loyal.... and I don't think loyal people moves on this quickly. Remember that this happened a week after our break up.... I would take her back if she is still interested in me, but as of right now I'm applying the NC rule and I just hope for the best.
You need to stop contacting her. The only way she can realize the mistake she did is if you stop contact. That bull crap of "you deserve better" "you're too good for me" "blah blah blah" if you watch other coaches videos you will notice they say that all women say the same crap after a break up. Women are like Robots. They're already programmed. Hack the program by doing what they don't expect. No contact.

This is the reason why myself and my ex broke up was family issues on her side that she had to deal with during the coronavirus, we spoke last night and she wants to sort things out when things start to get back to some what normal, we do work at the same place so we won’t be able to avoid each other, we ended it amicably with no fighting, no begging, pleading etc etc, in the mean time I will work on myself

You really have to start asking yourself that why would you want a cheater back in your life. You can never trust the other person again
... BUT “stay in or leave a relationship” isn’t the same as reconciling. This is why they never breakup or they do breakup. Nothing about getting back together in what was read verbatim.
***VIDEO TOPIC SUGGESTION PLEASE*** I would like to start to say that after the breakup, I made multiple mistakes by reaching out to my ex. I am now in no contact after reaching out five times via text over the course of a month. One of them being after two weeks after missing a call from him while I was at work. No response though after I text him after missing the call. My question or video request is why if they don't want anything to do with me at this time is, why am I left on READ? If they don't want anything to do with me right now, why are they opeining my text messages and reading them, but not replying? I would just delete the text or leave it on delivered.

How can I change anything about myself when I dont even know the reason why my ex of 8 years cheated and left me for her in the first place! He gave me no indication that anything was wrong with our relationship, we were walking round hand in hand on holiday days before he took her out on their first date! I think I was unintentionally abusive sometimes in my seven years relationship, she broke up with me last January 26th over a fight and that day also I tried to drag her to my vehicle when she refused to go out with me, I know I messed up big time, ever since the break up I begged and pleaded and even showed up at her work place. Did all the wrong things, but from March 19th on wards I was properly in no contact, I was in no contact before from Feb 19th to March 7th, I lost my control on March 7th since it was my birthday, she didn't wish me so I got so emotional and went needy again and asked for another chance and she ended up blocking my number. But now I'm planning on doing no contact properly this time, do you see any chance for me in the future with her, I love this girl so much.

The last few calls were good, no fighting, calm discussions, he was even very specific on when he would call me back and poof!! I havent heard from him since! It's been 5 days, I've reached out gently just few times but there has been no response at all. Hey brother. Do no contact so you will understand the love that you two had. Please work on yourself and wish her all the happiness in the world. If she is happy, and you are happy for her, that is true love. God will take care of you. Do not break no contact and if it's meant to be, she will reach out to you, and you will both be reunited as stronger happier people. Give her some space because she is also hurt and needs some time. Each person has a different way of coping with heartbreak. If she does not reach out, please move on and keep that love deep in your heart because the memories were amazing and meant to be. I want to book a coaching but I can't afford it . After moving on and I changed myself for better, I see my Ex wherever I go, in church on mutual events, everywhere he looks like he regret and powerless. John Daily There’s this saying. “Work hard in silence, let your success be the noise.” If you’ve blocked them through social media, then unblock them. If you see that you’re making these changes and progress they would definitely check out on your profile of what’s happening to you. They might reach out to you when they saw you progressing.
How do I go no contact after 15 years together and 3 kids? I don’t necessarily reach out to my ex because she said she wants her space, but she constantly reaches out to me then tells me that we need to only talk when it involved the kids. Then she reaches out again. I’m so drained and broken.

I have a question about the indirect/direct approach.
My ex and I agreed that he could only stop by Tuesday nights (while I'm at work) to drop off mail.
2x now 2 weeks apart (both on Thursday nights) he has stopped by to drop off mail. He leaves it inside the house b/c he still has a key. I was not home either time b/c I had plans.
I have been in NC since the breakup and am honestly killing it at life! He doesn't text or leave a note, just the mail.

Could you possibly do a video about your ex dumping you in the heat of an argument. We were fighting and he went onto social media and broke up with me and I know when people are angry in the moment, they are not really thinking logically.
I've done well with no contact. I deleted social media, because being tempted to stalk him only prolongs the pain. I'm three weeks into no contact. He messaged me one at two weeks and only said 'how come you haven't texted me at all? ' I didn't answer, because he knows the reason. Haven't heard anything since, but we were realy good together and the fight just made him react and dump me. So a video on breaking up while in the middle of a fight would he cool. I know he wasn't planning ahead on breaking up with me. I'm actually over the worst pain, but right now, I'm so angry. I feel it in my bones.

Something similar happened between me and my ex. We argued she got out of the car and I left. I was frustrated so I texted her, saying wanted to be single and that she didn’t seem happy in our relationship. She replied with an angry message and blocked me all together. A week ago she sends me a message asking me to delete our pictures together because we are not together. I replied okay and complied with her request. Can anyone give some advice on my situation? I'm in high school and I lost my first love about 4 months ago. I made all the classic mistakes. Clinginess, wada wada wada. I did beg and plead for 2 days after the breakup, but no more after that. The last I talked to her was about 2 months ago. We haven't spoken since. I feel like she's never gonna reach out to me ever again. (The relationship was good. We handled things maturely, her family treated me like their own. It was good. Everything was.) I pushed her away because I wasn't changing and I didn't see the problem. I see her at school, lunch, between classes, etc. She seems fine. Should I use the No Contact rule? Even if I'm in High school? Do I have a chance?

Trust me. Once she gets curious she’ll quickly unblock you at a random time (probably late at night) and check up on you every now and then. If she sees you making good improvements in your life she’ll start rethinking and second guessing her decision. Hopefully this helps you man. Go no contact and stay strong ✊🏻
