The inside looks like a minimalist’s paradise… but I like a little more this feels like a Home. This is beautiful. This is peaceful something that looks like home like people live there.
The outside doesn't do too much for this beautiful house. It's creepy looking and no beautiful flowers to soothe your soul. .. Please make a garden for flowers and 🐦 birds.

We've bought and sold a number of times and it is rare for an estate agent to actually a) listen to what you want, b) know anything other than the basic details about a property, and c) keep you informed about issues / timescales etc. (Apologies to any UK estate agents, I know there are some good ones! I would trust you, Stephen, to be honest, effective and supportive throughout the whole process! I hope someone lovely buys that house and is very happy in it!

Not worth the price. I see a bunch of design flaws, to list a a few, I noticed that strip of flooring next to the stairs on the second level, the last bathroom shown with the bathtub doesn’t have a glass enclosure and they placed the sink cabinet right next to the tub, this is a big no no. The cabinets all look basic, and you have an asphalt shingle roof. A home of this size and stature should have a tile, stone, or metal roof.
Where’s the elevator! My 96 year old Mother would require an elevator! Other than that missed opportunity, It’s perfect in every way! PERFECT!Black is also my color!
You do a great job of showing homes, thank you. I think the designers have some crazy tastes in this one. I wish panelling would have stayed in the past, along with the flashy brass fixtures.
I can't imagine someone willing to pay over $900 a sq. ft for this home. Although it is very nice, the design and custom features just don't justify anything near that price. It belongs in the 5-7 million dollar range imo!

I absolutely LOVE black but this is too much for me. That roof is black, the outside is black, the windows look black it's too much. Overstay would have Incorporated some wood or something to break up the monotony
So it appears we have jumped The shark with painting houses black. It’s a shame that the forms and undulation of the structure are hidden and masked in this monochromatic color scheme. It would’ve been cool if one or two of the gable ends had been painted, and then the other components were a different material and different color. Maybe a natural wood or something. The structure is entirely too large to handle that color palette.

No way that house is worth 10 mil, that is plain jane luxury, you could build that in Texas for around 2 mil and it would be much nicer
