Maybe the forces are too big for the gears (if its internal the same like it is with the dreame sidebrush only the gear next to the motor is metal) if the sidebrush is rotating while extracting. The Qrevo Curv design compensates this due to its different sidebrush design (the sidebrusharms have better contact) + the arm gets not lifted while extracting. But there is maybe annother flaw in this design with the qrevo curv i missed in my related video.
Interesting info. I just got a Qrevo Slim. How are you manually extending the side brush when it isn’t moving?
BIT Mode. I have some videos about this mode uploaded using different units. Activation is the same.
i dont get why they stop the brush spinning while the arm is extending, probably a mechanical impediment?

@frickhelm I think roborock is using only one motor for spinning the brush and extending it.
@@frickhelm that's propably why there are only 2 arms instead of 3 on the side brush.
