Correct me if i'm wrong, but Usually a MORE Positive cutting action leads to LESS Chatter because its not trying to force the material away as much as a Negative tool would. At least this is the way I've always understood it.

Solution : get a few different geometries of inserts from your tool supplier and get it tested... jesus... they gives it for free to test anyway..
