Thanks Russ for letting us tag along with you on your adventures. Some of us cannot get out to the beautiful areas you are going, but you are allowing us to live surrupticiously through your videos. Before my health took a southward turn, I used to travel out to the southwest. For awhile I lived in Tucson and was able to visit many of the areas you go to now. For me, it brings back great memories and I also get to see how these places have changed over the years. Keep doing the wonderful job you do. Be careful my friend.

I remember spinning a rod on my first RV, a 67 VW van, as I rolled up the Mtn into Williams back in 1979. Got towed into Flagstaff, pulled the engine that was sent to machine shop for rebuild, stuck it back in and was off again. While sidetracked a couple of days enjoyed lots of ‘smoke’ breaks with the crew. Great Times!

To be alive in 1881... And experience LIFE at that time would be cool. People drive so relaxed! Love it.

It is beautiful. I like Williams also.
Just wanted to say Thanks again for the help. I found an Oreillys auto parts and they had everything I needed and told me how to fix it. I crawled up under the van and did it myself. Not bad for an 80yr old lady.
    Happy trails

Now you’re in my neck of the woods. I think your in my old spot. Oh wait if you had gone straight down that road you were on it leads up to lots of woods. I took my Surrey way up there. Down in the valley part there was a million people camped. I went way up there in the trees. Nobody was around. Watch that mud because it was scary when it poured rain there. 14 days was so calming and awesome.

2008 I was driving our 1922 model T around this town. Nice to see it again. I think we stayed at a large cabin type hotel, maybe on the other side of the tracks. That train trip to grand canyon is definitely a fun trip. 👍

Great camping spot. Haven't been there in years but hope to camp there next spring. Also, thanks for your comment about generators running all night. Even in boondocking areas if you see someone please don't run your generator after 10pm or before 8am. Follow the same rules you would in a regular campground with quiet times. It's called being courteous.
