Thank you for the trip down memory lane! I miss the 90’s when fragrance samples were readily accessible in department stores and the market wasn’t saturated with dozens and dozens of the same scent profile.
Yes! I agree, so many department stores have shut down now, it's so hard to sample even some designer brands these days... and yes, the endless vanilla 🤣 thanks for watching ❤️
Oh, Denise, I totally agree with you about those perfume samples!! Actually the companies had it right then to let you try first...today you have to pay for it and for me that's a complete turn off. I don't buy that perfume unless I return several times and use testers...but that's not satisfactory either. Countless times I was told that I'll get the samples with a purchase which I find ridiculous since I did/didn't buy it already. Also, and whats even worse is that the testers do NOT reflect the juice in the bottles bought....it's usually a reformulated version in the bought bottle😢.
Yes! I don't know how many times I've been in store and sprayed l'interdit rouge 😂 but yes, I try stuff over and over again before I actually buy it. If I can never try it, then the likelihood of me blind buying it is very low these days... 🤷♀️
It would make a fabulous wedding fragrance! I bet you smelt amazing. It's so elegant, clean and pretty. Definitely retry it, to me it's a little different but still quite faithful to the original. Congratulations on 25 years, that's an achievement. ❤️ Thanks for watching 🥰
That helps me see how after 2008 it all started downgrading for me. And after 2013 - a total miss. And this is not only in terms of perfumes, the world tasted differently before the 2010s
I think it's interesting to see how long ago some of this stuff was... I was quite shocked when I realised who wants to be a millionaire was from 1998 🤣
Well you already know my answer to which perfume has the most impact on me CK Eternity 1988 my son was 1 year old and I remember one of my clients wore it and I became obsessed with having that perfume after she gave me her mini bottle that she got as a free gift with purchase I remember so many things that happened to me during the several years that I wore it after that Loved walking down memory lane with you Clare ❤
Yes!! Eternity is so distinctive! It was a game changer! I can see why it would capture an entire period of time and atmosphere! The advertising was 👌 too! Thanks so much for watching Frances 😊 have a fab weekend 🥰
Oh I love it too ❤️ so cute 😍 I really love the smell of the perfume and I've been on a hunt for an older EDT spray, just not found one yet... 😥 but classique EDT is mmm!
I miss the times when we would have perfume samples inside magazines 😅 and JPG is indeed an unforgettable bottle. CK also a hit in the past (I still use it sometimes) thanks for the video ! Cheers !
Do you remember those scratch and sniff pages in fashion magazine's back in the 90's? I remember going through my aunts magazines and smelling them all- really fun idea but not a great way to sell a perfume as they all had that familiar magazine base note... I wonder why.
I remember! It was always mixed with paper smell but it gave some idea at least. Looking through magazines was nice and kept people updated about new releases, later became more difficult.
Jean Paul Gaultier Classique never purchased but so remember everyone had that. Lol oh yes the celebrity launches lol many hit wrong for me but some were so popular.
I remember my cousin had a bottle of classique, and I'd never seen anything like that bottle before! She collected perfume bottles and I was mesmerised! Her room was absolutely full!
Thank you ❤️ I do think that there are just way too many releases from designer brands and too many flankers. More thought would be better I think! I do regret not getting into fragrance in earlier for that reason! Thanks for watching 🥰
It’s wonderful that you shared fragrances in the past and told what was going on in the world. In the 90’s I was a child and miss this era. I can’t recall what my mother was wearing at the time. Congratulations on 5k subscribers
Thanks! ❤️ I never celebrate to early cos I fear it going down again 😂 the 90s were cool as teenager, I feel extremely nostalgic for them! Thanks for watching 🥰
I really remember the soft florals and aquatic trend in 2003. All the girls at school were wearing J Lo Glow, Tommy Girl, Cool Water from Davidoff or the blue Ralph Lauren Perfume. The Body Shop's aquatic perfumes were quite big then- there was one in a white frosted bottle and a cucumber one. I remember older women i.e mums in their 40's, wearing that classic Jean Paul Gaultier perfume you mentioned, J'dore by Dior, possibly Burberry Brit and Channel no 5. I remember Kenzo Flower making an appearance on many women's shelves, but I can't recall ever smelling it. I remember in 2007, there was a green/aquatic boom again. Curious by Britney Spears was massive, as was the Be Delicious range from DKNY- and anything apple it seemed. I think I prefer modern perfumes, as most of my collection, and the ones I'd like to add to it, are post 2020- All except Issey Miyake's L'eau d'issey and Insolence by Guerlain. Sorry for the long post- it was nice to remember the smells from my teenage years 🥰
Thanks for your nostalgic reminiscences! Ooh I loved the Body Shop fragrances, I really liked the ones in the different coloured bottles that all fitted against each other. I remember having Oceanus and vanilla perfume oil. Tommy Girl was huge definitely, I remember being given a bottle of that. My mum wore Channel no5 EDT in the 90s, but now she's back to YSL Rive Gauche. My friend had Kenzo Flower in 2001 and I remember her showing me the bottle and letting me smell it! I was absolutely fascinated, I don't think I'd ever smelt anything like it. I loved DKNY be delicious and you're right, Curious was a huge hit upon its release in 2004 and then Fantasy in 2005. Those fragrances made a lot of money and were some of the biggest sellers those years. I think my collection ranges over a long time period now, but I do think my taste has moved on a bit from aquatic florals 😂 Thanks for watching 🥰
Good morning, Claire. Thank you ! Such an interesting video ,which has compelled me to look back and review my perfume journey over the decades! Back in the 80s I was obsessed with green fragrances, which was not synchronized with what my friends were wearing. My favs were Crabtree and Evelyn Spring Rain ( many bottles and the powder!), Estée Lauder, Pleasures, and later (90s ) l’Occitane Verveine. For my wedding I wore Liz Claiborne Realities original, which was floral - bergamot, sage, and jasmine. And later Chanel Chance Tendre. I believe my preferences are more diverse - I enjoy vanilla ( YSL Black Opium, Le Parfume) and Chloe Nomade. I adored Courreges in Blue back in 90s too, and just acquired a vintage bottle. I still enjoy these old fragrances too, which are beautifully blended and complex in a vintage way.
Wow, that is a big range of loves Christina! Some fab ones to look back on ❤️ I remember one of my friends' mums wore pleasures, it's very pretty! I still love verveine 👌 Bergamot sage and jasmine sounds like a really beautiful combination for a wedding day, nice and fresh. And yes vanilla has been a huge 2010s trend! And one that seems to have stuck. Thanks for watching 🥰 and have a fab weekend ❤️
I turned 20 in 1986 so my becoming aware of fragrance was in the late 70’s and 80s when perfumes knocked you over! I had Lou Lou, Opium, Noa, Paris, Rive Gauche. I still love a couple of them but I think it’s mainly nostalgia. Now I lean more towards the masculine, I like smokey, woody sorts of scents. This was great to watch and see just how far back some of those newsworthy events and tv shows were! Great job, thank you 🙌🏻
Thank you! ❤️ I'm happy that you enjoyed this! My mum had Lou Lou, I remember loving the bottle and she still wears Rive gauche, I just bought her a new can. Noa now and Opium are still popular and loved. Thanks for watching 🥰
Fun fact. I didn’t watch Friends until years later in syndication. I had nothing else to watch decided to give it a chance and I absolutely loved it. Burberry Britt was amazing. I really need to get my hands on it
I remember being in secondary school and I had a Canadian teacher for English, he loved Friends and talked about it all the time 🤣 they are endlessly repeated here too... the programme must have collectively made a fortune!
Oh my god I was just thinking about doing the same type of video but for one scent. It’s crazy with all the new releases and pace of the perfume releases people are forgetting the old scents. They’re making my collection seem dated!😩😩😩So I was like let me remind them from then to now the hottest fragrances that the perfume community raved about.
Yes, things are accelerating. I think videos looking back at trends are really interesting. Miss Dior is one that has really changed over the years for example, but the pace of new releases from brands like Kayali is something no one can keep up with. We'd all be bankrupt 😂
It was such a fun trip down memory lane with you! Loved remembering and hearing about different trends and affairs which were happening at the time of these fragrance releases
Oh yes Twilight, as I am older I was not crushing but indeed I could appreciate its appeal. Very familiar with Maison Margiela Replica. I have a few I like cannot say I am swept off my feet however do like Bubble Bath. 🥰
Haha, me neither, but my sister in law loved it 🤣 she's a little younger though! Replica bubble bath is one of my favourites too, along with coffee break, flower market and on a date. 🥰
Romance is a gorgeous one, it's fresh and elegant. The 90s definitely had some good points. I think living without mobile phones and the internet 24/7 now would be a shock though. 😂 thanks for watching 🥰
How did I forget Burberry Brit? The edt that I still love though, from 2004. I also had a bottle of Stella. And Amor Amor. Those were my first ventures away from my more 90s signatures like CK One, L'Eau Kenzo, Noa, Armani White. I think Stella was actually the one that turned me if I really think about it... I don't think I would have found Midnight Poison if it hadn't been for Stella 💖 I really love to look back quite often at my fragrance history on my Fragrantica "had" shelf and what frags got me into other fragrance genres. Informative and nostalgic! Great video Claire, loved the trip down memory lane 🙏🙌👍
Thank you ❤️ oh I remember smelling Stella over and over again 🤣 I was obsessed with it but I was way too good. I had Lola and I felt like they were too similar to justify both 🤦♀️ now look at me with my collection and no Stella 🤦♀️ it was a great one and is much missed! I also love recording what I've finished and writing reviews of what I try on Fragrantica when I get chance! It's fun! Thanks for watching 🥰
Gosh, Claire, what a brilliant idea to take a walk down the memory lane...brought them lovelies right back: Obsession, Dune, Lolita Lempicka, EL White Linen, Jill Sander No.4 and Sun, Boucheron, Clinique Aromatic Elixir, Nina Ricci Farouche, etc etc....what an eye opener for I have never consciously realised how much I was involved with perfumes 😮😮😮. Thank you ❤
Thank you ❤️ I was talking about Dune with someone only yesterday! It seems like it's missed! I still need to try Jil Sander Sun! Wow you have a some classics there 👌 perfume just brings back the adverts for me, I may not have worn them back in the day, but I can remember the adverts for a few of them and that makes me feel super nostalgic ☺️ thanks for watching 🥰
Ah, the 90s were so incredible. There were a few frags that I was obsessed with. Joop! Pour Homme in 1989 to begin the decade, Dolce & Gabbana Pour Homme in 1994, Jean Paul Gaultier Le Male in 1995, Angel Men (the original name, swiftly changed by Mugler to A*men) in 1996, and, to end the decade, Lolita Lempicka Au Masculin in 2000. Wonderful video, Claire!
Joop 👌 and also le male were everywhere!!! The 90s were fab! I remember my cousin coming to work on our farm for the summer in 95 and me realising he was wearing fragrance and then trying to work out what it was without directly asking him 🤣 such curiosity! I think it was a Calvin Klein... Thanks for watching 🥰
What a great thumbnail! I really enjoyed this Claire. In 1993 it was the first time I had heard of Escada, I also remember working with a colleague in the ER who wore Narcisse by Chloe! What a loud and in your face scent!! Still is, but I could pick that scent out on anyone in any crowd! I wasn’t fond of it. Seems powdery was on the uptick. Fragrances have definitely evolved!
Haha! I've heard a few times about Narcisse! It does sound like a lot 😂 I cannot imagine that in a workplace... 🙈 I agree, powdery florals were huge in the 90s. The trend now is definitely more gourmand I think. Thanks for watching 🥰
The story in the time line is quite extensive with some references to popular culture. Nice touch. In the 80s or maybe early 90s, Drakkar Noir from Guy La Roche was the most popular fragrance for men in the world I guess or according to some. Didn't have enough money to buy it since I was a kid. It smells strong and very masculine. In the 90s till early 2000s I saw many CKs and Armani in departmental stores. I guess that era was the start of fresh, aquatic, oozonic kind of clean fragrances with some touch of woodines. Never bought any fragrances at that time but those were the smells I can remember. I don't like to be reminded of the year 1998 due to peak period of domination by Man Utd. But I do remember the iconic shape of Jean Paul Gaultier men's perfume when I first saw it in the Heathrow Airport. I didn't buy it cause I was not into perfume and the price was too expensive for me. Then in early 2000, I remember my consultant psychiatrist wore very nice smelling perfume. I asked her what she wore, she answered a perfume called Irish something. I cannot remember the full name until now and still searching for that particular perfume. In the 2000s, I'd noticed celebrity endorsed perfumes becaming a trend. From 2010's onward I believe the start of renaissance of the world of perfumery where we can see many niche houses established (spearheaded by Maison Francis Kurkdjian etc). I bought one bottle of rose perfume from L'Occitane for my girl friend as a birthday gift in 2014 back home, then I bought one bottle of Eau d' Hadrien for myself. It lasted for about 3 years and I bought it again in 2020 until 2 months ago when i started to explore more fragrances. Now I started to appreciate and discover more fragrances.
Yes it was a walk back through time to what the feelings of the times were and how that influenced the world of fragrance. Haha, yes 1998 and 1999 were good years for Man U 🤣 Ooh I wonder what that fragrance was?! It's annoying when you can't remember. I used to have another l'occitane fragrance called Pivoine, I absolutely loved it, but I think it's long discontinued now. L'occitane have the occasional gem, I remember gifting someone a mini of cedre I think it was called 🤔
@@dr.claire.perfume it was quite annoying at that time whenever I switched on the telly, especially on skynews, there were always news about Man Utd, Victoria, Beckham etc. It is interesting to know that your journey into perfumery started at young age. You have so so many bottles in your collection. Each one have different story to tell.
Well I was into it, but I didn't buy much as I didn't have much spare cash, like a lot of people in their twenties I guess. But yes, I always loved trying things. For sure some fragrance definitely tell a story for me and there are emotional connections there, however odd that might be! 😂
Ah this was such a comforting video 🙂 I'm 38 and live in the South West (England), so totally relate to all the trends you mention here. Agree the amount of flankers in designer houses is overwhelming now, for the last few years there are definitely more flankers than pillar releases. I've also noticed for the first time that niche houses are now doing flankers (BDK with their extraits, Nishane with their 10 year reimagined collection) which I've never heard of before. I think it's partly due to brands and consumers (via influencers) being able to communicate via social media so majorly now - before I reckon a brand wouldn't have been so acutely aware of people's critiques / desires, but now that social media has enabled this there seem to be pros and cons for brands (good they can get direct feedback, but must also influence directions more and then I guess that leads to the artistry of niche potentially being compromised). I'm super curious about what the next trends will be!
That's such an interesting point Emma! I was aware of BDK Extraits and Nishane X but I hadn't really thought of those as flankers, but you are right... 🤔 this is new... I know BDK are not independent and are owned by a larger conglomerate, but I can't remember which. Nishane I thought was still independent though. 🤔 The aspect of feedback must be useful, but I agree, it's likely to compromise artistry. Taking risks are part of making something potentially amazing... thanks for watching 🥰
Hey Claire. In 1993, I graduated from high school had a baby and the Chicago Bulls won their third historic championship and I was in love with Avon fragrances. Not that you wanted to know that but you are talking me down memory lane 😂
Loved this video as always! The content and how original the video ideas makes you one of my most favourite content creators! Thank you Claire always for a wonderful video and all your hard work! I am here for it all! 🫶🫶🫶🫶
Thank you ❤️ that means a lot! I really do try to be original and different as I like watching peripheral fragrance content with other topics thrown in, so I figure others might also! Thanks for watching 🥰
Hi Dr. Smith 🌹 Great video! Beast mode fragrances ruled decades ago, and we wore them to work. Today, we're way more cognizant of offending our coworkers. I wasn't the only one wearing Tresor! But I had my own office and only my clients, and attorneys were getting a sniff lol. My Supervisor heavily wore HALSTON, everyday 🤦. I just never understood the "signature scent" concept, plus......I simply really disliked the perfume. I recall a fellow Paralegal in my Department was kind enough to bring in her brand new bottle of CK's ETERNITY. We all tried it, and it was heavenly❤. I still wear YSL PARIS, but very sparingly, its a heavy hitter! Francine
Thank you ❤️ I'm really happy that you enjoyed this! Yes! There's a huge move away from big fragrances in the workplace. I share an office with 6 others so I understand, but there's a level that is perfectly acceptable that I really don't mind. Trésor is a very distinctive fragrance. I had a vintage bottle and the musk really stands out. Eternity is very distinctive, I like the hot/cold thing that that fragrance has. I see why it did well and why it's still popular. YSL Paris I tried about a year or so ago in store and yes! Even the modern version is very strong! Thanks for watching 🥰
I own a bottle of Cacharel Noa so glad it’s not discontinued. I remember buying Dior HP the edt version and being introduced into the perfume market fully. Heard the original version was much more long lasting than it is now.
Yes, it's fab that Noa is still around 😊 and I have heard the same thing about hypnotic poison, like with most Dior, it's likely been extensively reformulated over the last 25 years. I hope you have a great week, thanks for watching 🥰
Happy Saturday! Loved this trip down memory lane. Now I need to reflect and figure out what I was doing and what fragrances I was wearing. I think Mary Kay and Avon were in the mix and I was just getting into BBW fragrance mists. This was fun and educational!
This just may be the best idea for a perfume video ever. Thanks Claire. P.S. One thing I noted is that Arpège was actually launched in 1927. It piqued my attention because I'm 65 and my mother wore Arpege in the 70s. When I started collecting vintage fragrances it was one of the first one's I picked up because one of my earliest memories is her bottle of it.
Thank you ❤️ oh yes 🤦♀️ I know! I don't know how I didn't realise! 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ I know it's an old one. 🤣 oh well... I think lanvin brought out a new bottle or something that year, that's what confused me 🤦♀️ Oh what a lovely thing to buy for that memory! I totally get that! My mum gave me the remnants of her can of rive gauche and I smell that and I think of her. 🥰
Hi, Claire! Fabulous video as always!!! You never stop amazing me. Never! If I have to choose a year in perfumery that stands out for me that's 1996 when Dominique Ropion released my absolute fav Kenzo Jungle L'elephant. The same year he also released Aimez-moi (Caron). But when it cames to Dominique Ropion you can choose probably any year since he made La vie est belle, Alien, L'interdit, Soir de lune, Portrait of a lady, Olympea, Armani Code, Aqua di Gioia, Euphoria...I can go on 50 rows :)))) It.s interesting that Byredo has a perfume called 1996 but it s related to a picture :) Also 1996 is the year Davidoff Cool Water was released. I still have Kenzo Jungle and also from 1996 I have Versace The Dreamer (the best tobacco for summer days...sososososo cheap!!!). Beautiful video, Claire!!!!
Thank you! That's so lovely ☺️ Ooh I got a decant of jungle from a friend with a bottle! It's wow! So distinctive and I love the bottle too ❤️ I miss the 90s. I remember when I made that fragrances that I wear to bed video, several people recommended the Dreamer to me 🤔 it must be very relaxing. Haha Dominique Ropion has been prolific 😂 so many great ones. Thanks for watching 🥰 have a fab weekend!
What a fab and interesting video, Claire! Love the nostalgic throwback to historic events in the UK and US, and the pop culture at that time. My memory is not so good but I’ll try my best to recall what I wore: 1993 (early teens) - I’d steal a sniff of Poison from my mom’s but I was only ever allowed Avon Sweet Honesty 😂. There was a long lull that I had to avoid scents due to allergies and sensitivity to strong scents. When finally I was fine to wear scents, I remember getting these: Salvatore Ferragamo Incanto, Burberry London, SJP Covet and Clinique Happy Heart (maybe 2007/2008?). JHAG Lady Vengeance and Lolita Lempicka came shortly after (maybe 2009/10). Annick Goutal Petite Cherie and Ralph Lauren Romance were my scents in 2011/2012 (the latter I won in a women’s magazine raffle draw). YSL Mon Paris, La Petite Robe Noir and Hermes Twilly were my memories of my first trips to France in 2017/18 (got them from Duty Free on the way to my destinations😆). Funny that I got BR540 in 2021 after smelling it in John Lewis in one of those eerily quiet shopping breaks during the pandemic. The scent kept me company during lockdown and made me fall in love with niche scents, and so it was a shocker to me that after offices re-opened, everyone seemed to be smelling of BR540 and its dupes! (Even the lifts!) I’m keeping whatever is left of my BR540 and have ventured further into my fragrance discoveries. Now I think I have enough variety and bottles to last me eight years or so, haha. This made me appreciate how scents indeed take us back to wonderful memories. As much as possible, I only buy and keep the ones that truly bring me joy. Have a great weekend!
Thank you! Wow! I remember loving Covet, so much so that I bought a bottle in 2020! It didn't smell like I remembered it though 🤔 Burberry London and Romance were very popular too! What a fragrance to win! I think fragrances being associated with holidays and special memories is a big things for a lot of people, the ones you buy on your way somewhere get associated with those places. BR540 definitely exploded over lockdown, I'm not exactly sure why, but yes! I remember watching those dupe comparison videos and wondering which to get 🤣 despite not loving BR540 🤷♀️ totally crazy 🤣 Thanks for watching 🥰
Yes 🤦♀️ I made a mistake there, that was a rerelease I think! It's from the 20s... I don't know how I didn't realise... it gets talked about in the same breath as Chanel no5 all the time 😂 it's a classic 👌
Wow! I love that! What fab gifts and memories ❤️ I vividly remember my cousins getting Robin hood prince of thieves on video one year and us all going to their house to watch it 😂 thanks for watching 🥰
Omigoodness! That Classique mini, love it 😍. Such an interesting vid. In 1998, I was working in some dreary office and my colleague came in wearing Davidoff Cool Water. I was smitten. Since that day, I wore it to death and now it will always be in my collection. Rarely wear it now but cannot get rid of it because of the memories. And briefly before then, all my crowd of friends wore Calvin Klein, Escape, Eternity and CK One. Listening to Fast Love by George Michael. I love how perfume captures a point in time as much as music. This is brilliant 🙏🏽🌻
Davidoff cool water is an absolute classic! Really evocative of that time 👌 in fact, nearly all of those fragrances are quite watery aquatic fresh feeling ones, all feeding into that trend. For sure, I think if I smelt CKone again I'd be straight back in the 90s, the smell just takes you right back! Thanks for watching 🥰
I love 90’s fragrances. Also, I oddly have migraines from many things popular today. No clue why. But even a lot of the heavy fragrances from the 90’s don’t bother me at all
@@dr.claire.perfume . I think I smelled alien and possibly yes, it was bad for me. Just smelling it in the store. That’s interesting though and I had no idea what it might be so thank you 😊
@@Phoenixhunter157 well that could also be the sweetness, but yes that's an ambroxan bomb. I guess modern fragrances are super sweet in comparison to the nineties too.
Hi there I feel the 90’s were excellent in perfumery I did go through all of the perfumes 😊 I feel today the gourmand world has truly taken place 😊 which I Love equally . Sending you much love 🙏🥰
The 90s were fab for sure! And yes, the gourmand trend seems here to stay! There are some delicious ones out there too 😋 thanks for watching ❤️ sending love back 🥰
A trip down memory lane! ❤ I think I enjoyed the 90s releases and the era in general lol, I think now I get almost overwhelmed with so many new releases and how similar they seem to be ( to my nose 😂) love your dedication Claire and how you added what was going on during each era!
Thanks! I'm really happy that your enjoyed it. Yeah same, so many new ones... all the time... it makes it less exciting in a way. But I guess there is so much choice now. You just have to buy backups of anything you truly love cos it will be discontinued in 5 weeks 😂 thanks for watching 🥰
Hi, thank you for the video. I think we normally like something from times of when we young, of times when we couldn’t afford something. I like perfumes of 2000 - Dior addict, J’adore, Chanel Allure, and years before like Dior poison tendre
Yes I think you are right. Nostalgia is a strong feeling with fragrance! And yes, not having something or something being expensive and special really stays with you. Thanks for watching 🥰
@@dr.claire.perfume facts! made me feel old 😆 but for real, Montale did a nice job with Intense Cafe.. hopefully they will be able to top that one day ❤️
2:27 I think Arpege is much older - the black bottle was an updated version if I remember correctly 22:13 4 Definitive fragrances of the 10s, in my opinion: LVEB, Sì, Miss Dior (2012/17), Baccarat Rouge 540
Haha Katie! ❤️ Well it happened with the fragrance wheel and with the how long does it take to finish a fragrance, musk (someone even copied my opening line for that one 🤦♀️) and petrichor so who knows 🤷♀️ Thanks for watching 🥰
OMG you bring back so many memories AGAIN! 😂 Yvresse was my friend’s perfume in our university years! She was very femme fatale with long dark hair and she collected men like dust and I was so jealous! 😂😂😂
Wow Julie! I've never had the opportunity to smell Yvresse, what was it like? Did it have anything to do with champagne? 😂 your friend sounds like she was very cool.
What a fun video! 😊 I used to wear Classique in the mid 2000s as my fancy scent for special occasions... I've loved Noa since its release (the publicity and bottle made it very intriguing). I really enjoy these to this day and now own Still and wear it often. I remember smelling way too much Ck One in 96-98 at school and that fragrance didn't suit everyone...😅
Thanks ❤️ I really love Classique EDT! I'm on the lookout for a vintage bottle with an atomiser ☺️ Noa is still pretty popular I think and Still was a fragrance that came up a lot with one people love when I did that the history of celebrity perfumes video. Haha yes, CKone takes me straight back too! Not something that I loved 😂 thanks for watching 🥰
It's a lot sometimes and yes! Certainly divisive! I wear it in winter when I want something comforting and snuggly! 💙 it's not an all day everyday one for me. Thanks for watching 🥰
Thanks for all of your research for this video. I think nowadays with so many releases - it can be a bit overwhelming choosing a fragrance. In the ‘90’s I was just leaving uni and starting work and loved Eternity and Escape, I had money to buy them and was happy with them. I remember thinking owning two scents at the same time was a bit excessive and how would I get through them 😅. When growing up people were more faithful to their perfumes (probably because there were fewer choices), aunts were associated with ‘their’ scent. Choice is great but I do miss the old times a bit. Thanks again x
Thanks you ❤️ Yes same! I would buy one bottle and use it every day, having more than one seemed completely frivolous and a waste of money, what if they went off? It was an era of the signature scent! I agree, I love the choice in a way but also really feel nostalgic for simplicity too. Thanks for watching 🥰
Oh this video was a great idea Claire. I remember buying Dior Dune when it came out in the early nineties. Loved it. Another favourite of mine was YSL In Love Again from the late nineties. Tried looking for it the other day, but of course it’s discontinued, and any bottles still around are incredibly expensive. If we had known back then how fragrances would be discontinued after a short time or reformulated, we would have bought more for sure. Thanks again😃🇦🇺
Wow! There was a department store shutting down in my local city about 18 months ago and they pulled out all of their hidden fragrance stock, one of the things that they put out was in love again! And wow! I loved it! I went to try to buy it but they weirdly had put a tester out that they didn't have any new bottles left of 🤣 so I left without it... but at least I got to smell it... it was mmm! Thanks for watching 🥰
Yes I will mention it when we reach 2028 as I am going back 5 years at a time and it was released in 1992 hence why it's not in this video, but I do have a history of Mugler video if you want to hear more about Angel and its huge impact on the world of fragrance. Thanks for watching 🥰
Thanks for this video, Claire. I am a 90's girl through and through, so 90's was my favourite decade even fragrance wise. I don't know how if it is only nostalgia but I think there was a fragrance back then for each taste, be it floral, powdery, spicy, citrusy or what have you whereas I feel that nowadays there are two distinctive trends, either the very light aquatic florals or very heavy gourmand and not much in between which I find a little bit boring.
Yes I know exactly what you mean, the gourmands have really taken over. There's an awful lot of vanilla out there... I really wish I'd have got into fragrance in a bigger way earlier on in my life. I feel like I've missed the good bit! I think designers in the 90s and 00s were a little more open to taking a chance and so didn't just stick with what is popular, now that's not necessarily the case 🤷♀️ thanks for watching 🥰
Amazing video! It’s interesting to hear your thoughts on brands compared to personal experience. Chloe just left my store and I’m honestly in disbelief. It was moved to make room for Kayali and Killian.
Thank you ❤️ Wow... Chloe I guess is just not as trendy any longer maybe? But I thought Chloe edp was a huge seller actually? I guess it depends what the target market of the store is? Maybe fewer places sell Kayali and Kilian and so there is more profit there? I'm not sure... thanks for watching 🥰
I am not sure I am a Dior expert honestly, but I guess it depends on pricepoint... I've gone towards their more expensive line lately as they reformulated most of the main line and I didn't find a love. It depends what kind of fragrance you like. My favourite this summer has been Jasmin des Anges which is a light girly apricotty musky jasmine. Autumn I'll probably wear more Gris Dior and Ambre Nuit, so a leathery rose chypre and a warm spiced musk.
Hello Claire, I love your videos, your approach is such original and well studied. You look overall to tell us the mood, the trends of the periods you talk about. I thought that Lanvin was launched in 1927. Personally but it's older, the perfume who made a statement in my life was Opium 1977, I was 16 , my other fragrance at that time was Mitsouko quite loud for a young girl. I loved the advertisement at that moment. Have a nice sunday.
Thank you ❤️ yes 🤣 I made a complete boo boo with the lanvin, arpège was relaunched in a new bottle that year I think... I knew it was older... I don't know why I didn't think about that harder 🤦♀️ Gosh those are two very loud ones! I retried Opium a few months ago and the newer formulation felt much quieter. It's not something I'd buy but I enjoyed trying it again! It's so distinctive. Thanks for watching 🥰 have a great Sunday ❤️
The video is actually about releases each year going back 5 at a time. Alien was 2005 and I talked about 2003 as I recorded this last year. Alien is definitely a classic and I have an entire video about the history of Mugler fragrances here if you are interested th-cam.com/video/WEcdVhn1Obs/w-d-xo.htmlsi=AA3qaXYDrXn_yujR
This was such a fun video. I absolutely love your channel. Although I’ve been wearing fragrances for years I didn’t start experiencing fragrance trends until 2020. I remember in 2001 smelling Angel on a pharmacist I used to work with and falling madly in love with it but it was out of my price range. I will say the trends now is more flankers are coming out which is disappointing because it lacks originality in my opinion.
Thanks Liz! That means a lot! ❤️ Yes fragrance is something I've only more recently had the money to spend on. During the 2000s I was either a student or on a low wage, and then a student again in the 2010s... I guess 2020 was the time when I became really super interested! Angel is so distinctive that I can see anyone being curious about that one and yes flankers are definitely the major share of new designer fragrance launches these days! Thanks so much for watching ❤️
Claire, you’re one of the few fragrance people on TH-cam that cover vintage fragrances. i was wondering if you know of any 90s fragrances that came in a rollerball form and it smelled kind of like Rouge Malachite or Bouquet Encore? If any come to mind, even if it wasn’t a rollerball, could you please let me know. It’s the most nostalgic scent for me, but it kills me that I don’t know its name.
I really have no idea! I really used to hate white florals back in the 90s 😂 it's weird really cos now look at me 🤣 I love them! If I'd have tried it, I'd have probably dismissed it back then, but I was firmly stuck in watery florals and aquatic freshies. Was it definitely 90s? So a peppery strong white floral?
Again, such an amazing video and the way you present it. I need to visit this chanel more. Can't wait you dive deeper into modern artisanal perfumery, it has a lot to offer these days, when everything good look to be left in the past
Thank you 😊 I'm happy that you enjoyed this. I think I've tried quite a lot of indie fragrances thanks to ScentedSnowdrops (I'd recommend his channel) but weirdly I rarely talk about them here, probably mainly because those videos and fragrances tend to get less of a response. TH-cam is very biased in that regard... Is there any particular brand that appeals to you?
@@dr.claire.perfume I think you will love Papillon and Rogue perfumery, they are relatively affordable, and for quality and their craft, they are amazing to start. I am particularly really into oudy and animalic masculine stuff, like Areej Le Dore, Bortnikoff, and others
Ooh I've tried Anubis and Angelique. I've not tried Rogue I don't think. 🤔 The animalic ouds can be quite a lot to handle for me 😂 very interesting though!
Was that released in one of the years that I mentioned in the videos? It had an impact for sure, I actually think I talk about that in my video about perfume now being part of fast fashion th-cam.com/video/FDItcuFXSwM/w-d-xo.html
Re Yvresse. The bottle looks like a champagne cork because it was originally called "Champagne." It turned out "Champagne" is actually a brand and YSL were forced to change the name. I suppose it was too expensive to also devise a new bottle.
Oh wow! I didn't realise! I knew they changed the name, but I didn't know why! That's so interesting, thank you... what a big mistake for YSL. Yvresse is really not as good a name for it, it's just not as memorable.
It’s 1996/7 for me! Nina Ricci Les Belles de Ricci, Hugo Boss Hugo Woman, Lolita Lempicka, Carolina Herrera 212! The 90s just generally had some classics. Original profiles that have been borrowed over and over again for so many modern perfumes. Plus it’s interesting how those 4 perfumes I listed couldn’t smell more different to each other! Now it seems like every house has to make their own version of whatever’s popular. Plus even the synthetic smelling perfumes smell better than they do now. Some modern perfumes actually smell poisonous to me nowadays with all the synthetic fixants and molecules! Like they actually smell like they might be toxic 😂 I may not like LouLou or Sun and they do smell like plastic, but at least they don’t smell like industrial chemicals!
Yes, synthetic woods in some and really heavy grainy ambroxan in others is really quite something to smell 🤣 I agree, a good mid range designer fragrance seems a rarity these days and anything different is also very unusual. Thanks for watching 🥰
Ralph Lauren Romance was my wedding day scent on 12-5-1998! 💍👰♀️🤵💒 Maybe I’ll get another bottle to celebrate our 25th anniversary! 🥂🍾
I agree, designer fragrance has really got very uninventive in the last few years and quality has dipped. Thanks for watching 🥰
I love that you refer to what was going on in the world to the launching of fragrances
I think it's interesting to see how long ago some of this stuff was... I was quite shocked when I realised who wants to be a millionaire was from 1998 🤣
Well you already know my answer to which perfume has the most impact on me CK Eternity 1988 my son was 1 year old and I remember one of my clients wore it and I became obsessed with having that perfume after she gave me her mini bottle that she got as a free gift with purchase
I remember so many things that happened to me during the several years that I wore it after that
Loved walking down memory lane with you Clare ❤
Yes!! Eternity is so distinctive! It was a game changer! I can see why it would capture an entire period of time and atmosphere! The advertising was 👌 too!
Thanks so much for watching Frances 😊 have a fab weekend 🥰
Claire! That teeny bottle of Classique is the cutest thing I've ever seen! It took me by surprise (in a GOOD way)! 😂😂😂
Yes I agree 🥰so stinking cute 🥰
Oh I love it too ❤️ so cute 😍 I really love the smell of the perfume and I've been on a hunt for an older EDT spray, just not found one yet... 😥 but classique EDT is mmm!
Amor Amor was my favorite 🤩 I haven't thought about it in years!
It's a really nice one! And it's lovely that it's still around. 😊 Thanks for watching 🥰
I miss the times when we would have perfume samples inside magazines 😅 and JPG is indeed an unforgettable bottle. CK also a hit in the past (I still use it sometimes) thanks for the video ! Cheers !
Those magazine tear open strips always smelt of magazine paper too didn't they? 😂 Thanks for watching! 🥰
Huge childhood nostalgia! My mom and grandma always gave them to me to play with and suggested I put them in my drawers.
What a great idea for a video! Love it absolutely. ❤ Sometimes I think, that the golden age of perfumery is over and the industry is going downhill 😢😢
Thank you ❤️ I do think that there are just way too many releases from designer brands and too many flankers. More thought would be better I think! I do regret not getting into fragrance in earlier for that reason! Thanks for watching 🥰
Back then Elizabeth Arden red door is WAS EVERYTHING! Load of Avon fragrances were top. Itch fragrances as well.
Avon were really popular for sure! ☺️
Oh yes, Forgot about that one!!
In the 1990’ DUNE by Dior was the shiiit… So was TRESOR edp❤❤❤
I loved Tresor edp… Still smell good actually🧐
It's a very distinctive musk in Trésor, at least in the vintage one. I need to go try the modern version 🤔
I remember being absolutely in love with Romance
It's a lovely fragrance! 🥰
Hearing you say what year a lot of these fragrances were released really surprises me for some reason.
Yes me too! Intense café was the biggest shocker for me 🤣
I really remember the soft florals and aquatic trend in 2003.
I think my collection ranges over a long time period now, but I do think my taste has moved on a bit from aquatic florals 😂
Thanks for watching 🥰
I didn’t realize classique was from 1993 WOW 🤩
It's something that has had so many flankers and also la belle recently too, I think we forget how old the original is!
I still love verveine 👌
Bergamot sage and jasmine sounds like a really beautiful combination for a wedding day, nice and fresh.
@@dr.claire.perfume I’m telling you! I😩😩Like literally, I’m really overwhelmed.
I remember making my Kayali video and literally the next week, there was a new one 🤣
The bottle design game really picks up from 1998.
I agree 👍 you can see when fragrance companies realised that they could really stand out on the shelves. 🥰
This was cool, Claire! Thank you for putting so much time and effort into this one because it definitely paid off ♥️
Thank you ❤️ happy that you enjoyed it 🥰
It was such a fun trip down memory lane with you! Loved remembering and hearing about different trends and affairs which were happening at the time of these fragrance releases
Thank you! Yes I love a little nostalgia 🙊 have a fab weekend 🥰
@@dr.claire.perfume have yet to try the other scents but they sound amazing!
👍
Romance was my favorite fragrance around age 20. I've been through several bottles. Gosh, i miss the 90s.
I don't think I would have found Midnight Poison if it hadn't been for Stella 💖
I really love to look back quite often at my fragrance history on my Fragrantica "had" shelf and what frags got me into other fragrance genres.
Hi, Dr. Claire. Coincidently, I have Vanilla Fields from 1993 and Vanilla Musk from 1994.😊
Wow! Those were popular ones! Very 90s! ☺️ do you still love them? I bet they are sprays of nostalgia!
Hi Claire! Spice Girls, Hypnotic Poison, Titanic. Those were all wonderful. So in love with that time 😍😍❤️❤️
The late 90s were good times! 🥰
Awww Chacharel was one of my fave..still has it for nostalgia.
Yes! Cacharel were super popular and have a very nostalgic feel. Lou Lou and amor amor really take me back! 🥰
Yep Stella 🌹was my signature for quite a few years in the 2000’s…
It was gorgeous 😍
This is such an interesting idea for a video! I really enjoyed seeing this overview of perfume trends. ❤
(Edited for typo)
Thank you! Really happy that you enjoyed it ☺️
I still have Fancy in my collection. So delightful!
It was so popular! I remember when I joined TH-cam, I had no idea that Jessica Simpson even had a perfume line! 😂
@@dr.claire.perfume it's a pleasure to listen to your as well as all other aficionados' perfume adventures ....and educational to boot 🙏
Thank you 🥰
Hi claire I landed on this spinning, round spaceship called Earth just for your unique, beautiful soul, my darling.
Thanks for watching 🥰
I agree, powdery florals were huge in the 90s.
Haha, yes 1998 and 1999 were good years for Man U 🤣
Ooh I wonder what that fragrance was?!
This was so much fun. I'm actually wearing For Her Edt today.
It's a great fragrance, I love the EDT ❤️ I hope you have a fab week 🥰
The aspect of feedback must be useful, but I agree, it's likely to compromise artistry. Taking risks are part of making something potentially amazing... thanks for watching 🥰
@@dr.claire.perfume Also M Micallef have just done Nectar versions of some of their most hyped perfumes too.
Interesting! I hadn't seen that either! I live under a rock clearly 😂
Hey Claire. In 1993, I graduated from high school had a baby and the Chicago Bulls won their third historic championship and I was in love with Avon fragrances. Not that you wanted to know that but you are talking me down memory lane 😂
1993 sounds like a great year 🥰 are you a big fan of the Bulls? I love a bit of nostalgia 😉

Hi Dr. Smith 🌹
Great video!
Hi Faith! Me too! I loved this little dose of nostalgia 🤣 Avon were absolutely huge weren't they?! Thanks for watching ❤️ Have a lovely weekend 🥰
I think lanvin brought out a new bottle or something that year, that's what confused me 🤦♀️
Oh what a lovely thing to buy for that memory! I totally get that! My mum gave me the remnants of her can of rive gauche and I smell that and I think of her. 🥰
Aww YES I AM is a lovely one and I need to wear that this week as the cooler days draw in
Yes! That's on my to wear list this autumn too! 🍁
Thank you! That's so lovely ☺️
Ooh I got a decant of jungle from a friend with a bottle!
My memory is not so good but I’ll try my best to recall what I wore:
1993 (early teens) - I’d steal a sniff of Poison from my mom’s but I was only ever allowed Avon Sweet Honesty 😂.
I remember watching those dupe comparison videos and wondering which to get 🤣 despite not loving BR540 🤷♀️ totally crazy 🤣
Thanks for watching 🥰
My mom wore Arpege in the 1960s. It’s been around a long time
Yes 🤦♀️ I made a mistake there, that was a rerelease I think! It's from the 20s... I don't know how I didn't realise... it gets talked about in the same breath as Chanel no5 all the time 😂 it's a classic 👌
Arpège dates from the 1920s.
Xx
Indeed 🤦♀️ epic fail 🤣
Oh my goodness! Sunflowers!!! I got that and The Bodyguard on video for Christmas that year! 🤗
Wow! I love that! What fab gifts and memories ❤️ I vividly remember my cousins getting Robin hood prince of thieves on video one year and us all going to their house to watch it 😂 thanks for watching 🥰
This was so interesting to watch 🤎
Thank you ❤️
Omigoodness!
What a fun idea , I have Crystale by Chanel. I love it but it has been discontinued in the USA as far as I know😢
Thanks ❤️ Yes here in the UK too. I know it was loved. Thanks for watching 🥰
I love 90’s fragrances. Also, I oddly have migraines from many things popular today. No clue why. But even a lot of the heavy fragrances from the 90’s don’t bother me at all
The 90s were very cool for fragrance... The headaches could be ambroxan perhaps? Do you get it with Prada Paradoxe or Mugler Alien Goddess? 🥰
@@dr.claire.perfume . I think I smelled alien and possibly yes, it was bad for me. Just smelling it in the store. That’s interesting though and I had no idea what it might be so thank you 😊
@@Phoenixhunter157 no worries!
@@dr.claire.perfume definitely baccarat does. People at work wear it.
@@Phoenixhunter157 well that could also be the sweetness, but yes that's an ambroxan bomb. I guess modern fragrances are super sweet in comparison to the nineties too.
I loved this video, and the trip down Fragrance memory lane. I loved that you also included what was going on in the world! Excellent!
Thanks ❤️ I'm really glad that you enjoyed it! I really love a bit of nostalgia 🥰
Hi there I feel the 90’s were excellent in perfumery I did go through all of the perfumes 😊 I feel today the gourmand world has truly taken place 😊 which I
Love equally . Sending you much love 🙏🥰
The 90s were fab for sure! And yes, the gourmand trend seems here to stay! There are some delicious ones out there too 😋 thanks for watching ❤️ sending love back 🥰
@@dr.claire.perfume have you tried navitus chocolate queen ? Omg I’ve seein the notes delicious 😀🥰👍😀
No I've not tried it. 🙂
Love this❤❤❤ i still love Romance by RL. , Also Si:) Lovely by SJP too
Three good ones ❤️ thanks for watching Jackie 🥰
I still love & wear Intense Cafe 😆 2013 was a busy year!!!
It's astounding to me that intense café is 10 years old already! 😱
@@dr.claire.perfume facts! made me feel old 😆 but for real, Montale did a nice job with Intense Cafe.. hopefully they will be able to top that one day ❤️
It took me some time with it to enjoy it, but I get it now. Montale and Mancera for me are a bit of a struggle sometimes.
Beautiful juxtaposition of history, memories, and perfumes.
I remember some of these happenings vividly as you reiterate them.
Great ❤
Thanks for watching Adwoa ❤️ I was shocked that some of these events were so long ago! Time flies. 🥰
2:27 I think Arpege is much older - the black bottle was an updated version if I remember correctly
22:13 4 Definitive fragrances of the 10s, in my opinion: LVEB, Sì, Miss Dior (2012/17), Baccarat Rouge 540
Oh gosh, yes you are right! I didn't realise! I thought that was pretty retro feeling for that time! 🤦♀️
@@dr.claire.perfumeHaha - happens to the best of us. It was released 6 years after N°5
🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ I even knew that 😂
We were all crushing on teenage vampires lol 😂 I spit my drink out when you said that 😂😂😂 😬 😮
LOL Jax! Were you not loving them?! 😂 Me neither... but I know they were popular 🤣 especially with people like my sister in law (10 years younger).
I can see every other perfume channels do this same video now! What a great idea!
Haha Katie! ❤️ Well it happened with the fragrance wheel and with the how long does it take to finish a fragrance, musk (someone even copied my opening line for that one 🤦♀️) and petrichor so who knows 🤷♀️ Thanks for watching 🥰
@@dr.claire.perfume well I certainly hope they give you credit! I’m going to suggest it to a channel... and make sure you know where it came from!
☺️
OMG you bring back so many memories AGAIN! 😂 Yvresse was my friend’s perfume in our university years! She was very femme fatale with long dark hair and she collected men like dust and I was so jealous! 😂😂😂
Wow Julie! I've never had the opportunity to smell Yvresse, what was it like? Did it have anything to do with champagne? 😂 your friend sounds like she was very cool.
@@dr.claire.perfume yes the champagne note was definitely there and it was very sweet too… it was very mature for our age back then! 😆
Ooh I want to smell it! I see vintage bottles of it occasionally but I always think it will be off anyway! 🤔
Wonderful idea. Enjoyed every second of the video.
Thank you 🥰
What a fun video! 😊
I used to wear Classique in the mid 2000s as my fancy scent for special occasions...
Tm angel came out in 92 you either love it or hate it i use to love it but got fed up of the patchouli
Good morning darling I was so busy chatting to you I missed being the first to watch and comment LOL
Haha, no worries Frances 😂 happy to chat! ❤️
Such an interesting topic Claire. You really took me back. Thank you 😊😊😊🎉❤
Thanks 😊 I love a bit of perfume nostalgia 🥰
Thank u so much Claire. I really did enjoy dis video.
Thanks for clearing d air between Gris Dior n Gris montaigne.
That's really good to read! I'm happy that you enjoyed this! I wonder why Gris Montaigne was reformulated and renamed? 🥰
Hi Claire, super entertaining topic as always!
Thank you 🥰
Dont forget ANGEL made big hit in 90s too :)
This was a super cool video! So different from what’s out there on fragrance
Thank you ❤️ if you like different, please check my other videos 🙃
Amazing video! It’s interesting to hear your thoughts on brands compared to personal experience. Chloe just left my store and I’m honestly in disbelief. It was moved to make room for Kayali and Killian.
Thank you ❤️ Wow... Chloe I guess is just not as trendy any longer maybe? But I thought Chloe edp was a huge seller actually? I guess it depends what the target market of the store is? Maybe fewer places sell Kayali and Kilian and so there is more profit there? I'm not sure... thanks for watching 🥰
Wow this is my favorite video of yours ever thank you claire! Makes me feel so lucky to hav grown up in the 90s. Much ❤ from a New Zealand subscriber
Oh fabulous! Thank you! I'm really happy that you enjoyed it! I love a bit of nostalgia 😉
What a trip !!! 😅
🥰
Indeed! 🥰
Love looovve your Videos!!! ❤
You make perfume interesting again. Thank you!!
Aww! Thank you so much! 🥰
Finally catching up 🤗
Hope you've had a fab weekend 🥰
I would be interested in what Dior perfume you might recommend to me. Have not had a Dior perfume for ages…
Thank you for this video 💐, it was really interesting. I have always loved perfumes.
Thanks ❤️ I'm happy that you enjoyed it! 🥰
I don't know why I didn't think about that harder 🤦♀️
Gosh those are two very loud ones! I retried Opium a few months ago and the newer formulation felt much quieter. It's not something I'd buy but I enjoyed trying it again! It's so distinctive. Thanks for watching 🥰 have a great Sunday ❤️
Brilliant idea and awesome execution as always Claire!!!💖🫶💖
Thanks Joss ❤️ happy you liked this! 🥰
Such a creative video! I learnt a lot too
Thank you ❤️ I'm happy that you enjoyed it. 🥰
I’m surprised you didn’t mention alien
The video is actually about releases each year going back 5 at a time. Alien was 2005 and I talked about 2003 as I recorded this last year. Alien is definitely a classic and I have an entire video about the history of Mugler fragrances here if you are interested th-cam.com/video/WEcdVhn1Obs/w-d-xo.htmlsi=AA3qaXYDrXn_yujR
Loved this trip down memory lane! xx
Thanks Maddie! I love some 90s/00s nostalgia now I'm nearly 40 😂
Thanks for sharing 😇
Thank you! 🥰
@@dr.claire.perfume it could actually be 80s too…I was so young but it did have hints of Rouge Malachite
I am afraid I don't know, I hope you find out somehow though! 🥰
The animalic ouds can be quite a lot to handle for me 😂 very interesting though!
My name is Claire also. What about Babe and cheaper stuff
Great video!
Thank you ❤️
It’s 1996/7 for me!
Gawd I’m old 😳 The 80’s and 90’s were so freakin’ fun tho….
🤣 I bet! I felt old making this video... the 90s felt like a very hopeful decade 🥰
Do you know which fragrance in the 90s that had a commercial which said "and the other half is you"?
I don't but I can hear it in my head 😂 so clearly it rings a bell. Thanks for watching 🥰
