    Love your very informative videos Luke. Our 22 year old Opel Astra is coming to the end of it's life and we are seriously thinking about going electric on our next new vehicle. Keep these videos coming and well done.

    Is it true that in Sporting mode it recharges the battery? Thank you for the review, great job!

      Thanks for watching, the car will attempt to charge the battery in all modes, the car uses the electric motor to brake the car before it engages the traditional brakes. The electric motor running in reverse essentially charges the battery in the process, you will regain around 20% of the energy used.
