Found this video super helpful as I’m new to Trello. It’s a bit hard to use when you have no idea how it works. So once you have everything all set up how do you piece it all together with your image/video, hashtags, caption? Do you use a scheduling app or do you piece it all together to post each day. Your contents are such a big help! I'm busy at work so the small business I opened last week wasn't promoted that much. I only have weekends to do these scheduling things. But, I don't really know what app to use or on how to plan in advance so that I won't worry on what content to post to boost my potential buyers. Luckily, I saw your video about canva, and now this Trello which I found before confusing, but now I think I'll be using this to plan my social media contents. Thank you so much! Wow. I have been drowning as I try to figure out how to keep track of content ideas in a way that’s a) easily accessible and b) so I can actually SEE the workflow as I work on them in batches. I am curious though you have two lists one for captions and one for reels … I plan to do all reels on my account so do you write the reel’s caption in with the reel card? Or just the concept and sort if tag it to a coordinating caption? Thanx!

Hey Millie, I love your content. I have a question about time management and realistic allocation of time to creating content when you have a business that isn’t about creating content. It seems you are killing two birds with one stone here yet business owners who have to make their own product, sell there product and create content while engaging have a little more on their plate. Do you have some suggestions or thoughts on the this especially for managing all the things in a timely and productive manner? (Soz for the mini story) Xo l
I totally understand! I think when it starts to become overwhelming, the next step for you might be to delegate the little things or the things you may not find enjoyable. I have people for managing my emails, building my website, Instagram engagement, transcribing my TH-cam videos to blogs, etc. This helps free up my time so I can focus on the parts I enjoy the most! If you aren't able to hire anyone, then your best friend is simply writing everything down you have to do, prioritize it and tackle 3 things a day!

Hi Ashley! That depends on what you're looking for. I use Trello for EVERY part of my business; Instagram planning, TH-cam content calendar, online course launch, Patreon group post management with my VA. So Trello is a great organization tool for anything and everything. If you just need something for Instagram. Then I would look into Later, Planoluy, Cavna, or Instagram Creator Studio 😊
