Hello Manju thank you for telling us about Sarangapani temple in Kumbakonam. Thayar Komala Valli. One of the very ancient temple. This temple was built at the time of Vijayanagar Kingdom. This temple is one of the 108 Divya Sthalam temples. Actually in all the temples there is Swarga Vasal. But in this temple there is no Swarga Vasal.Very Big Rajagopuram temple. 150 feet this temple's height. In this temple Perumal I holding Sarangam vil. This temple is open inthe morning between 7 and 12 and evening 5 and 9. This temple has been sculptured nicely. I f u go and visit this temple you will attain paramapad which means "Moksha". So let visi this temple and have Darshan of God Sarangapani who is in the pose of "Anandasayana"

I like South Indian temple it is dream to visit each and every temple in south but my age 22 year old my famaly doesn’t allowed me to go alone any where and but one day I will defenetly come spiritual urge will force me to come in south and I’ll definitely come I like south temple Gopuram and ancient architecture their culture their food their living hood all spiritual things
