    This is very disappointing! I can't stream my music Bluetooth capabilities in my 2011 CLS 550 AMG...I would rather drive my husband Tundra than my own car...

    I'm not able to move down to "Phone" in the phone option. I've tried to use the middle console wheel, but it doesn't let me switch to the lower menu (2012 E350)

    Excellent!!! I have been through several videos that claimed to know how to pair my iPhone 11 Bluetooth to my 2011 Mercedes. You are the only one who actually showed me how to do it successfully!!! Thank you very much! you are much appreciated!

    this procedure actually works for my Bluetooth audio but when pairing my phone when the car ask me if i want to authorize the phone i waited and i have to enter the code in the phone first (i used 0000 to make it quick ) then i said yes to authorizing the phone and entered the 0000 code on the car screen then it finally connected and worked ...the only thing that sucks is if i want to use the bluetooth audio ii have to repeat this entire procedure everytime i get in the car since it only reconnects as a phone for calls (i didnt have to do this when i used my older phone but my brand new one plus maclaren phone is to new for the car i guess (i have a 2010 Mercedes e350)

      Some earlier model Mercedes-Benz vehicles, like this one, are unfortunately not equipped to stream music via Bluetooth.

    When you are the "TEL" menu how do you get the menu down to "phone". The wheel and click does not do anything for me on that menu and i cannot for the life of me figure it out, it is the exact same radio you are using in this video

    How do you find the passcode? I recently bought a 2011 Benz C350 and can't find the passcode. Is there any way of resetting the passcode?

      Great question - you set the passcode yourself! You can use 1 2 3 4, or 0 0 0 0, it's up to you. Enter the passcode you choose into your C 350, then once you click "ok", enter that same passcode into your phone. :)

      Hi Shuvo. Every model and trim level will be slightly different, however, there should be a wheel located at the front of the middle console compartment. The wheel spins allowing you to move up and down on the screen and can be pushed down to "click" and choose a selection. I hope this helps!

    What do I do if I forgot the passcode for the phone I paired it with.

      No problem! The codes from previous phone pairings can be discarded. You'll simply need to enter the same 4 digit code on the car display as you do on your new phone. For example, if you enter 1234 on the car, your phone should prompt you to enter a code, too. Enter the same code, 1234 and you're all set. Hope this helps!
