    If you moisten your countertop before you put your parchment paper down, it won't slip around..

    Hey scott if you're baking bread why wouldn't that be set on steam and bake instead of steam and crisp

    Looks great ! I'm going try my no knead ciabatta bread recipe for the dough,great for folks with problems with their hands and have the extended time it takes for the dough to rise, then finish in the Ninja. Thanks Scott !

      @Carla T It turned out well. The recipe made us two round loaves. I'd like to share the recipe but I don't know how to attach it here.But you can look up Chef John's No Knead Ciabatta Bread.When using this recipe I like all white flour no wheat but you should try them both.

    Scott the Baker. Nice job on the loaf. Yes some butter and cheese would go well with it. 👍🤤😀
    Another ✔️ for the one lid.
    Cheers Scott.

    I didn't know you proofed with no water. For some reason I was thinking steam steam steam, so thank you. I would have screwed up, though I'm slow fermenting sourdough these days.

    Great recipe and video I just have a fast question you used Mrs Dash Italian medely season and you said that it contains salt but I couldn't find any Dash seasoning with salt everything is labeled salt free what can I use in place of Mrs Dash

    • @ScottCooks
      @ScottCooks  2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I made a mistake. No salt in that version of Mrs. Dash. I would use it anyway because its such a good mix of spices but then add a hit of the McCormick Himalayan Pink Salt with Black Pepper and Garlic to give it the salt.

      @@ScottCooks sounds great I was going to leave out the salt but I think that the yeast needs a little salt to work thanks for your fast reply

    • @meocon1611

    This just goes to show that however many mistakes you make when making bread (and you definitely did most of them) that you can still come out with an edible loaf...

    • @JustJessee
      @JustJessee 10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I am living proof //badumtiss// that you CAN come out with inedible bread. 😥
