    I just want to tell you-I have always done cardio and rarely used weights. I started working out with you a few months ago, and I just could never do a single leg deadlift, even without weights. I would ALWAYS lose my balance! Well, thanks to you-today I was able to follow along with you and do the single-leg deadlifts with weights without losing my balance! Just wanted to say thank you and that your workouts actually work and I am seeing results! You’re the best! 💕💕💕

      Well done for sticking to the programmes and getting the results you want! I just found Heather and started her workouts; I want to lose some body fat and gain strength and muscle definition - just wondering, have your legs leaned out with these workouts? I am using lighter weights as it is all I have and I am only new to strength training but yeah, don't want my legs getting bulky

    This workout was a burrrrner😍 I always ran away from weight workout videos longer than 20minutes because I find them so monotonous and I get easily discouraged but not this one! Between the variation of exercises and combination of no repeats / set exercises, I fly through without even checking "how much more do I have to do". Cannot wait to complete this programme . Thank you Heather!! 💕

    For some reason glute workouts often feel long to me, maybe because it's a huge muscle and we have two to get through, and strength workouts tend to be kind of repetitive. BUT you've managed to make a glute strength workout fun and engaging! I loved mixing up the band with the weights, it kept things interesting. Two sets of two also felt like a good pace. Thank you Heather!

    Love that all the strength moves are slowed down to really feel the muscle burn!! Loving this program so far.. too much HIIT destroyed my hormones, so I'm loving this structure combined with yoga and LISS. Thank you!

    Ugh! Can I just say sticking with my workout routine this month has been tough. I’ve been trying to follow the May 2023 calendar after completing HR12 3.0, and for some reason my motivation has just waned. I believe this is just a growing pain of rebuilding and maintaining an active lifestyle, but man… the wall of ugly I’ve had to overcome in my mind to get workouts done… sometimes it feels insurmountable. I’m currently behind by 4 days/workouts for the month. I’m encouraged by the fact that I can still complete all of the May workouts by the 31st. This is just a temporary phase. I’ve come too far to quit, and so have you! 😅😁💪🏾🙌🏾

    Heather, I love how you have created these different workouts to work different muscle groups. I have been working out since March 2020 in my home. I started with the 12-week program and haven't looked back. Working out with you keeping it real and dropping to your knees when doing pushups lets me know she is human just like the rest of us :-).     Serious booty burner! Loved the band work to start, although I was a little over confident and used my heaviest band! Then used HEAVY weights for the weighted strength. Loved the whole workout. Not sure how I will be moving later or tomorrow but that's the price we pay! :)

    This is very unlike me to comment much on social media, but I have been working out on your videos for over a year now and it shows. I love the exercises, the setup, the description, the length of the videos, the difficulty level. I am not an extremely fit person, but I manage to keep up most of the time. I think your videos are great whether you are a beginner or advanced. I love it!

    I am really enjoying the structure of these FIERCE workouts! they're brilliant! I have gotten behind on them a bit (should be on 7 today), as was planning on following and doing 1 a day but I will defo do them all by the end of the year, catching up and topping up with other HR vids, the best on TH-cam!
