Is there anyway you could do a video on raised lettering? For example, the chrome trim on the back of an Infiniti Q50 is raised. I know you’re super busy but if you get one in or a vehicle with raised lettering, it would be an awesome video to see. Amazing work as usual! Big fan!

Chris, thanks for sharing Your knowledge. I have something similar to be wrapped on my door and I'd be trying to follow Your advices. But in my case it's a door insert looking like wood (saab 9-5NG 2011) but the problem is in the door latch that's surrounded by this wooden panel, and the door handle that overhangs it. To be able to wrap it, I'd have to somehow slide the vinyl under that handle first. Maybe You could give us a hint where to start? Thanks!

Are all vinyls made equal? Meaning does the vinyl you purchase depend on the material of the surface you’re wrapping? Or is any vinyl fine?
I’d like to know how long it will last, might not last that long because no direct sun on it?
I love the interior and exterior colors of my car. I want to bring the exterior color into the interior. If I get the paint code from Ford, can I get a match for it in vinyl.

Can this be done without leaving any razor blade marks on the interior? Seems way too easy for someone to make a mistake. Looks great, but I’d be scared that I’d get my car back with Marks inside of it
There should be none at all. Only the vinyl is getting cut. In the groove of the panels
These guys got some serious knife skills. They can cut through vinyl without popping baloons, scratching clear coat etc…

Why does everyone else remove the trim to wrap it? Doesn’t this wrap fail more easily since it is not wrapped around to the back?
I have a 2015 Chevy Malibu and the chrome vinyl on the interior handle it’s coming off would it be the same procedure for that?

You list almost everything you use in the description except for the actual vinyl. I have looked on Amazon for it but it just shows matte or satin finish. I am just looking for small amounts to do some small items. Nothing like a whole vehicle.

Does the peace come off and why not take it off then wrap it
Why take it off if you don't have too? A good tucking tool reduces the need to remove most trim pieces.
