I have a similar popper except it is orange and came from Amazon. I use 1/4 cup kernels, 1 tsp oil, and some fine popcorn salt. In my microwave it takes about 2.5 minutes on popcorn setting. That is enough oil to let the salt stick. I often need more salt. No more oil. I love this popper.
The space between the car seat and the center unit is much narrower than your vehicle. So, I took one of the dark gray pipe foam tubes (under $2 at Home Depot) and cut a long piece and pressed it into the space. Works perfectly. Thanks for the tip.
Mine in an Accord is way too tight but maybe the foam, cut to fit might work, so thanks for the idea, I’ve lost credit cards that way, I called it The Abyss.
I can't believe you put the lid plug back on while microwaving, man! Remember, you always want to vent sealed containers in the microwave to prevent buildup of pressure and to prevent any explosions. 🤣 Luckily, those pizza slices were pretty dry and not much moisture was able to turn into steam and expand within the closed container.
At first, I thought the dividers for the Pizza Pack were going to sit on the "frame" of the Pizza pack itself. So that with normal sized (not thick) pizza, there would be a small gap between the top of the slice and the divider. I'd actually prefer that, even if it meant only 4 slices could go in at a time. Basically, size each divider so that it fits just inside the walls of each collapsible/accordion section, so each divider is a little different in size. Then you just need 3 dividers to have 4 slices that are never smushed at all.
The pocket chill seems to be an item that you could make a simple project out of by putting a hose in the reservoir and then having a pump add water as needed. You could then have far more time with the mist.
I'm only 8 minutes in I love the concept of the Hang-glow, but you're right I'd rather have just the 2 than the other 28 non-lighted hangers. I also don't like velvet hangers they tend to hold onto dirt and are a pain to clean.
I love my arctic air pocket. I thought the mist was too strong except on crazy hot days but the fan works great. I get heat stroke very easily and this has been the best inexpensive item i have found to help keep me cool on 80+ days. The fan charge lasts really long and the breeze from it is pretty strong. I don't need it to be very cold, so the fan works well enough for me. When i do want the cold, the mist does get surprisingly cold for a $20 item. Bought it last summer while camping and it worked for me.
I bought an artic air desk top, and it was the worst product! I tried returning it so the manufacture took $20.00 off for me because he explained that shipping it back would cost about the same. I have the same complaints as you with the water. If I wasn't sitting right in front of it ...useless!
God, how I ate these shipping boondoggles! I had a guy say I had NOT returned the item, so he wouldn't give me a refund. I couldn't prove it except show the receipt, and even that didn't work. Often the best you can is get a partial refund, and of course you pay the postage BOTH WAYS.
The drop stop doesn’t stop itself from dropping. I’ve had a couple in my car for years and frankly forgot they were there as I don’t drop a lot to begin with. My mother asked me about something to help keep things from dropping recently which reminded me of mine. I almost couldn’t find them. While they’re still “attached” to the seat belt catch, the rest of them disappeared beneath my seat’s sides. I guess after years of getting in and out, they just slide farther and farther down the sides until they’re gone from sight. Then you need to pull them back up into position. They still work, except they don’t stop my friends from dropping their phones between the seat and the passenger side door. Regarding the pizza pack, it looked to me like the pizza you used was dry and “cold” by the time you placed them in the refrigerator. Try it with hot ooey-gooey cheese on top of the pepperoni (yuck, not my favorite topping), to see if they stick to the dividers next time. I have lights in my closet I can tap on/off when opening it, or even use a remote control. I’m curious how long the batteries last in these hangers, the individual stick-em lights I have died within 6 months, and I hardly ever turned them on.
A hot and bubbly pizza would never make it straight into the fridge in my house, even if it was just me 😂 I would allow the pizza to cool and congeal anyway, can you imagine sacrificing those precious “Golden minutes” when the pizza is perfectly warm and still chewy? I couldn’t do it!
Why would you put hot, oohy gooey cheese pizza in the fridge anyway??? Unless it's a huge emergency and you need to RUN🏃♂️!!!!!, your pizza will be cooled off before storing!
Pizza pack was tripping my brain out...made me so damn hungry my brain was reaching for that wide piece so much so my hand nearly reacted lol. I will say plenty of microwavable items say to open one end...my guess is that plug is meant to always be in it EXCEPT when microwaving.
My least favorite is the hangers. I feel you would be able to see better with just some simple motion activation adhesive light strips. With the hangers you can't see much of the colors of the shirts .
I noticed when I went looking for the Pizza Pack that the model I found came with thin wedge-shaped plastic dividers to put in between the stacked slices. perhaps when you did your review this was an afterthought the maker had for sales reaction.
I love the Drop Stop and ended up getting for my husbands car as well. He didn't want any for his vehicle until we took a long road trip and we got so tired of having to fish out our dropped cell phones, car keys etc that we ordered them as soon as we got home.
I have and love the drop stop, it works great! With my sesame seed bagel addiction, I no longer have to vacuum the seeds from the space several times a week. Love your videos.
It's simple yet effective! I started with the As Seen on TV "Catch Caddy" years ago but realized it can get kind of gross. Drop Stop is still the best!
I was curious about the Hanglo so I went to the site. They don't have them for sale but they are offered at Target and Walmart, Be advised that they sell for about $25 at Walmart but they are $35 at Target. I was using the stick up lights, but when there is no light, it's hard to see them to even turn them on. Plus, when they burn out, you're left with trying to detach them, which isn't always easy on the wall or shelf.
Love my Stop Drop, but my husband is 7" taller than I am, so we move our driver's seat a lot. I have a Rogue and the seat is very tight against the center console. When we move the seat, the drop stop eventually works it's way down below the side of the seat. I just have to remember to check it from time to time to make sure it's in the proper spot. I have used knock off versions of this and the Stop Drop is better. The knockoffs do not hook around the seat belt latch, so if you move your seat, you dislodge the knockoff version.
12 minutes is the longest lasting one of those portable automatic misters I've seen. There are ones that you manually work like a quiet bottle that lastl Ingersoll but that wears out the hand.
The main problem with these "pocket" products is that they are too large to actually fit in a pocket. Women's garments rarely have pockets, except as decoration, with a very shallow capacity to hold anything. A lot of pockets are made of flimsy material and can form holes if you put any sort of sharp edge in there (or even something with weight to it). Phones have been known to crash to the ground!
Mom and I already put in for that Pizza Pack... we always end up getting 2 pies (often different types), so I'm curious how it'll work then as well... especially because she's a microwave girl for pizza, and then I'm a toaster oven guy much like yourself (although not going to lie, broiling it on a holed pie-pan for 3 mins on high works extremely well, too)... interesting concept! I think we both could agree all these ideas actually seemed to work. Curious how the Pizza Pack holds up after numerous washes and numerous uses.
I hate the artic chill. It only works in dry air climates. If its hot and humid not worth it. I can get a spray bottle for a buck and put ice water in and be cooler. But again that works in dry air.
The misting fans and or the swamp coolers (same concept) only work in dry climates like where you're at in vegas, here on the east coast where it's humid as all hell, they dont work one bit
Hanglo is a good idea, but I agree with you; I only want the hangers with the lights. I don’t need more hangers in my life! If they don’t sell them separately, I’m going to look for a knockoff on Amazon.
Arctic Air Pocket Chill has to balance weight versus water capacity. It's not "pocket sized" if it's 5 lbs. Maybe if it had the ability to switch out water reservoirs? Normal capacity and larger capacity for those who want to set it down?
Good take, Fimm. You are hired! I would be a little concerned if it sat for to long, the H2O got tainted... and you sprayed some real nastiness into your left eye, right eye, left nostril, right nostril and one's mouth and maybe a ear or to (did I miss anything). I think I got that vibe from the odd couple back in the day. Cheers!
You know I saw the hangers and was thinking what the Do you need a light up hanger for, and then when I saw them I was really impressed with them, my wife gets up. For work at 430 am and they would be awesome
What I would do is put the slices face to face or (back to back) like a pizza sandwich. That way, in the pizza pack container they won’t stick to gether & you can take them out as individual sandwiches. You would just eat two slices at the same time.
Bear in mind that misting or evaporative coolers are only going to feel cool in dry climates or periods of dry weather in wetter climates. I'm not sure what good a 12-min. mister does even in the desert, though.
These mist cooling systems do not work here in Houston area, we have far too humid climate here. If the mist lasts only 12 minutes, keep a thermos bottle of ice water for drinking with you and add water also to the fan tank. That would be easily done even in the car here in the Houston traffic lines.
My favorites would be the car seat foam thing (I would have loved it in my cigarette smoking days (I wonder if it's "Fire Proof?), and the pizza storage thing(s).
@@ReSearcherSusie LOL right ??! guilty confession i let an ex of mine buy it bc he saw it and wanted to even tho i knew it was trash(thanks james) just so i could see for myself 🤣 that thing is trash !
I have an older version of the pizza pack where there was only 1 divider. It really comes in handy with leftover pizza since I never have room for the pizza box. I hope they sell the dividers separately.
Fun fact those misters are actually piezoelectric speakers playing at very high frequency humans can't hear. I have take apart similar devices and was surprised how clever that was.
Drop stop is a must have. I was picking up a friend the first time I installed it and told him about this new gadget and we laughed about how silly it was, but we decided to test it out half as a joke. We put and put my phone on the dash and started driving; and lo and behold, it landed exactly on the drop stop and just bounced safely to the side.
I had the Drop Stop & the Drop Caddy & they didn't work for my van. I use a side drink holder that kind of works for me but I don't like it much either.
The pizza packer looks good... I used to buy it a fresh pizza and at the restaurant stack them on top of each meal other to take to work as we had a turnstile door and I hated carrying a flat pizza box thu the doorway...
I need to snag one of those pizza things. I never have room in my fridge for a box of pizza and I’m always making frozen pizzas. This is a perfect solution to my storage problem.
Drop Stop doesn't work for me. Once its been in place for a while, it works its way down past the edge of the seat and ends up at floor level, negating any "stopping".
I know you have done cooling fan reviews but can you please do one on quietness?? I have a tower fan but it is so loud on its lowest setting, so I can’t get any sleep. That would be cool!
I put leftover pizza slices in separate zip loc baggies and put them in the fridge... then if I want a slice, I pull one out and throw it in the air fryer for perfect leftover pizza!
re: Arctic Chill - aka my last girlfriend. They should have a upgrade/adapter that allows you to attach it to a "water bottle"? Then you are good to go. Else a wet towel and you can save the money. @@Thehanglo thank you, that's fantastic! I noticed the same 30 pack of hangers is $25 at Walmart, but $35 at Target. Weird.
@@LuckyStone888 my pleasure! Yeah, Walmart gets the advantage of lowest prices because they do higher volume.
James, I love the 70s KyTel T-shirt. I still have albums with that logo on the cover.
I was thinking that too
My least favorite is the hangers. I feel you would be able to see better with just some simple motion activation adhesive light strips. With the hangers you can't see much of the colors of the shirts .
Just 2 Hanglo light an average closet to see clothes very well 👌
I noticed when I went looking for the Pizza Pack that the model I found came with thin wedge-shaped plastic dividers to put in between the stacked slices. perhaps when you did your review this was an afterthought the maker had for sales reaction.
Hi ! Long time watcher here! I love the time and dedication you put into every single product to give us an honest true review! 👍🏻
💙 from texas
That's a pretty BIG HEART. I see it's "blue". I hope to like Texas again some day... my heart is blue too... Cheers BN
Thank you again for your thoroughly tested reviews and commentary😻
ABSOLUTELY love your K-Tel tee shirt. I had many of those albums growing up. Your videos are informing and fun. Keep them coming!
Left over pizza, like left over wine, is a myth as I have never seen any of either. At least not in my place.😉
I completely agree.. Is everyone on drugs? (sorry everyone, just said that for effect). But seriously, extra Pi? Nonsense :)
😆🤣
I often order 2 pizzas and have half of each pizza leftover.
@@em84c I never order pizza, I make my own from scratch.
I think the mist would last longer if the fan had a resevoir tip
Thanks for the info Jenn!
More like this please! So hard to find actual reviews on improvement items, that arnt actual trying to sell you somthing.
I think if you were going to use the arctic chill you would want to carry a bottle of water with you.
Eat the whole pizza. Problem solved, money saved, dishes avoided.
YES! ¡SƎ⅄ YES! ¡SƎ⅄
Dang, I don’t know what kind of pockets people have, that thing is big! I absolutely love your reviews. Thanks for the entertainment. 😊
Who uses the 7 different coloured LED lights? I’ve had them on other products and have never found a use for them!
You don’t look forward to eating cold pizza the day after?!
Reheating pizza is heresy!
@@VeeTwoPointOh Cold pizza is fine, depends on what kind I have at the moment.
Drop Stop is a dead bang winner. I had one in every car I have owned for the past 10 years. Perfect.
Hanglo is a good idea, but I agree with you; I only want the hangers with the lights. I don’t need more hangers in my life! If they don’t sell them separately, I’m going to look for a knockoff on Amazon.
Hanglo is going to be sold in a 2 pack beginning this summer :) they aren’t on Amazon yet
Hanglo works perfect for that scenario 👌
What I would do is put the slices face to face or (back to back) like a pizza sandwich. That way, in the pizza pack container they won’t stick to gether & you can take them out as individual sandwiches. You would just eat two slices at the same time.
Bear in mind that misting or evaporative coolers are only going to feel cool in dry climates or periods of dry weather in wetter climates. I'm not sure what good a 12-min. mister does even in the desert, though.
Love your reviews. Ever notice that your glasses sit unevenly on your face? I can't stop seeing it now that I've noticed it.
I gotta say the 3 I like are the hanglo, the drop stop, and the pizza 🍕 pack! Pretty cool 😎
Hanglo is pretty awesome!
Pizza is my absolute favorite food so the Pizza Pack is something I might look into!
YES!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is what the entire video should have been about... PiZza :O}
Put the big slice on the lid and keep it upside down or just closed for fewer pieces. Usually you buy fewer large slices anyway.
Toaster oven for the leftover pizza. You are a man of culture.
I like your logo on the drop stop! Very cool!!!
Ever try a sprinkle of what on pizza before microwaving?
man what in the world.... 😂 haven't even finished the review but somebody tell arctic air it's time to hang it up
Agreed. That thing would never cool me in the humid South in the U.S.
@@bostonrailfan2427 !!!! its sooo tired
@@ReSearcherSusie LOL right ??! guilty confession i let an ex of mine buy it bc he saw it and wanted to even tho i knew it was trash(thanks james) just so i could see for myself 🤣 that thing is trash !
I like the light hangers.
Thank you! 😊
I've been using the Drop Stop for years & I love mine!!! 😃
I have an older version of the pizza pack where there was only 1 divider. It really comes in handy with leftover pizza since I never have room for the pizza box. I hope they sell the dividers separately.
i want one
Loved the pizza gadget as I eat a lot of pizza and storing it is always a hassle, but the only link on Amazon is for $32!!! Don't want it that much. 😂
a sheet of foil costs 5 cents
Foil for or ziplock bags
Fun fact those misters are actually piezoelectric speakers playing at very high frequency humans can't hear. I have take apart similar devices and was surprised how clever that was.
I wonder if my dog could hear it.
Yeah, its an ultrasonic humidifier. Surprisingly, it doesnt create any(almost) heat, so thats good.
I really loved the "haiya" with the almonds. lol
Freaking reviews is my comfort channel
The pizza packer looks good... I used to buy it a fresh pizza and at the restaurant stack them on top of each meal other to take to work as we had a turnstile door and I hated carrying a flat pizza box thu the doorway...
I’ve been watching this channel for a while and the progress that his channel has made made me happy.
I really love your reviews ❤️
Lol.
One coin did drop behind the seat 🤣
I know you have done cooling fan reviews but can you please do one on quietness?? I have a tower fan but it is so loud on its lowest setting, so I can’t get any sleep. That would be cool!
The thing with the pizza saver is it doesn’t tell you what size of pizza only says it holds a whole pizza
I was looking at your playlist and received a new video notification bell 🔔 👏👏👏👏
BTW, you just may get a reputation in your hood for the guy that hangs out in parking lots, talking to himself. Notice any patrol cars circling? Just saying. Thank you for the video and quality post-edit.
What if the Drop Stop got spilled on or had to be cleaned?
How washable is it?
Will it shrink?
Loose color?
I don't think it shrinks or loses color, and you're just supposed to wipe it down to clean it.
Tnx for the Celsius marker in the video.. Greetings from Amsterdam the Netherlands
How easy -- and fast -- can you refill the Arctic Air thingy?? I live year 'round in Florida and this would be nice to keep handy for our dreadfully hot & humid days, going to/from a/c.
I love the concept of this pizza divider.
My "pizza divider" is 3 for me 1 for you. No need to store anything. You are welcome. Cheers
I need something like the DropStop but for a recliner!
I love the idea of the pizza keeper to take up less room in the fridge and to transport and eat in the car etc.
