Peter, instead of posting the file to google drive, you can make a shared folder through vmware which is like a connection file to the real world, through vista: drag the sound file into that folder, and on your host pc: go into that folder, and drag the podcast into movie studio

But... It's the sh*ttier version of Windows 7, Win 7's predecessor, Windows "Bugged out" Vista. It was a hot mess when it was released back in 2007's New Year's Day. Everyone tried it on their "Vista-compatible" machines, but because of the HUGE performance issues, stacks of OS-breaking bugs and really big security holes, everyone quickly downgraded back to our most nostalgia-filled Windows OS, Windows XP.
EDIT: Now I see that was sarcasm. And yeah, the "Windows Vista Reloaded", Windows 7 was good, but I will guarantee that your Vista VM will slow down and crash after a while.
