Did you know I'm working on a Comic? I have a store with ORIGINAL art from the characters featuring and with a Scene (Sally Unleashed) from the book ONLY available for a few more days! Check it out - ko-fi.com/adcartattack/shop Also, becoming a member (on ko-fi) ensures you get monthly prints from my Art catalog (not available to buy). Think, Patreon, but for artists! That's what ko-fi is. The BEST place to support what I'm working on behind the scenes.
I’m not a professional artist like you that being said I love my ohuhu markers. My mistake was when I brought them a year or so ago was I got the bullet nib ones instead of the brush ones. That being said ohuhus are great on just about anything I’ve used them on even metal coloring sheets
I’m a not even semi-professional artist. However, I am a grown adult on the Autism spectrum whose special interest is stationary and art supplies (so I have way too many supplies, but hey it makes me happy). I happen to love Sharpies for the occasional flat artwork, but it’s mostly out of nostalgia. I have several alcohol marker brands, I like Ohuhu way more than Copic, but my favorite are actually Blick Studio Brush Markers. They don’t have as many colors, but the nibs are perfect and the colors of the caps match much closer than Ohuhu.
Sharpies always give me a headache, even when I’m just using them to mark a date on a freezer bag. This was a great video, very informative! I actually use the Amazon Basics coloring pencils and they produce decent results for a budget brand pencil. If Amazon ever decides to invest a bit more in their products, they could be a serious contender.
Kiba is back :) and Outro was the best, it was visible you're happy :) even if my dog interrupts me doing something, I cannot be mad at him, just loooking at those eyes and I lost :D thx for this video, as always fun to watch it and I did indeed buy small set of OHUHU to try them ;)
Anthony, when you post I immediately start having a good day You are the first artist I every started watching You inspired me to start my art journey 😊
Hullo Anthony, I have been a Copic marker user/owner for years! I do have over 250 of them, yet I started watching a lot of videos on alcohol markers and I found the Ohuhu markers are on their way up! I have even called them a Copic killer! With Ohuhu having replacement nibs and refills and a dramatically lower price too! Well I have purchased the entire 320 set of the Honolulu brush/fine point markers for my wife. I am truly glad that she is happy with them and should I find my Copic’s are lacking a color choice, I am sure that the Ohuhu’s will work just fine! I also got 3 sets of the wide nib markers from Ohuhu and they are truly lovely quite a bit easier than buying the empty markers from Copic and filling them up with the Copic refills.
I love your videos so much! You are one of the most amazing artists, and you make everything look so easy! It's hard to make bad art regardless of the supply you are using when you have that level of raw talent! Great video, as always! ❤
for Christmas i got a sharpie box similar to the dragon one but it was the owl am wondering if the marker colors are different between the two or if there the same because they have different designs on the box
I love colouring, but I suck at drawing. I wish there were books out there with pictures like you drew. I did the batman, avengers and deadpool "colour your own Comic"
Great video! (& Kiba is just the cutest!) You saved me from testing the Amazon markers myself--thanks! As someone who is most comfortable in dry mediums (graphite, charcoal, pastels, color pencils, etc.), I've been wanting to push myself into learning something in the wet mediums category. I was really intrigued by the videos you did a while back comparing different paint markers and different gouaches--would you recommend one over the other as more beginner friendly?
I love using Sharpies. The smell doesn't bother me and I've never considered blending them. I like them for solid blocks of colour with high contrast. I have other markers for blending.
Just a heads up when you finally decide to color the back of that Sharpie box it might be a good idea to lay down a layer or 2 of gesso first😊❤Love me some Kiba and Nori (yes I know he doesnt have a nori Im just saying cause they are both soooo cute)
I desperately want to buy the Sharpies **just** for the box but I don't use the markers I have enough to justify buying a huge set I will use even less often because the box is pretty 😂 I have seen a lot of these comparisons videos of cheap vs expensive markers and I often thought about how comparing super cheap vs Copic is a bit unbalanced, but also how giving the comparison to a professional artist is too. If you have been doing something professionally for X years you work out your own little tricks and 'hacks' to make any supply work the best way it can - but what if you don't have that baseline of knowledge? Are the cheaper markers still worse than your Copics for example? Or is it not going to make a difference until you get your skill level up?
The drawing is absolutely amazing. I'd love to color it. X-Men were my Marvel obsession for the longest time. I absolutely used to love using sharpies but for backgrounds with my drawings still black and white like a comic. I didn't like the bleedout though. You are paying for the brand. Now that I've gone to art school and still have my prismacolor starter kit that suggested by my professors. I'm more prone to use them over any other marker, until i got ohuhu. Its a process of starter to professional. You don't begin with the best high quality supplies. Those sensitive to smell should not use sharpies in an enclosed environment.
Hi I’m just seeing what you do on your channel and was wondering if you TEACH how to draw or if you just do it and show the finished drawing? I’d love to know
Is that one of the woah songs I heard?!?? YAAY!!! 😂 love the video adc! Can’t wait to see what you’ve got in store for us! Kiba!!!!! Hello cutie!!! That was an awesome surprise!!!
Hope u can try arrtx acrylic paint pens and arrtx pastel marker I would like for u to try cuz your art is different and puts the markers to their full potential than other reviews who only do simple flowers or cats
Genuinely, would using an air purifier help with the sharpies stinks? It made my candles useless so I'd have to turn off mine to be able to smell my candles. Just a thought you can try for next 'stinky' challenge!
Unfortunately not. I have one, but the smell is direct from paper to nose. It helps reduce the build up in the room, but I just think it's best to avoid (for me personally)
@@ADCArtAttack that's a shame :( yeah, for your health, you should definitely avoid as much as possible and focus on nonstinky challenges. Rest up and I'll see you in your next video
“Why am I commenting about the smells?” For people like me who are extremely sensitive to scented products. The wrong scented thing can trigger an asthma attack, others just make it difficult to breathe. I greatly appreciate when people are forthright with how badly products smell!
Sharpie marker stinks so bad that make you feel sick. I don’t know why the company does not change that…. I’m surprised how well the Amazon markers did .
Sharpie at 1time made brush tip markers they didnt last long also they have a different type of brushtip now skinnier but hard to find and Im not talking about the fabric ones😊
Honestly, from all the cheap sets I have used I can say with confidence that alcohol markers are extremely hard to screw up and are far easier ro use than Sharpie style markers.
Am I do only one thinking he smoked some good weed when making this video Just look at his eyes 👀 Whether he is or isn’t high still love his personality And loved watching this video
Anthony, I've watched you for years. We used to interact and talk a lot. Got to say that the campiness of the beginning, I'm not a fan of. Not that my opinion matters a lot, but just sharing my thoughts. We haven't talked in a while since you don't respond on X or in comments anymore, at least to me. So I'll leave it here in hopes you know I support you and have for a long time, like since you were under 800 subs, just offering some insight.

I seriously need to know what that screw cap pencil you use is. It's just a beautiful thing.
You should do a video trying to replicate the sharpie box art WITH the sharpies included in the box
Thank you for inspiring me to get more serious about art and for sharing your work!

I disagree 100%…that was the BEST outro ever!!!
Every outro should star the pupper.
100% agree with your disagree!

I really wanna see you color the back of the box...🎉🎉🎉🎉.
With or without Sharpies though? Lol
With them lol

No, that's the BEST outro ever, because DOGGO!!! =D
That was a brilliant outro, love to seeing Kiba. 😊
that was the best outro ever
It was actually the best outro ever. Kiba is a superstar! ❤
I got a 12 pack of the amazon basics calligraphy brush pens in black, Did 1 session of doodles and the nib was already mushy.
6:46 best shot ever
Can you please just make a video where you color in the sharpie box!!
Also I disagree... BEST outro EVER!!! Always Bring Kiba!!!

I did the batman, avengers and deadpool "colour your own Comic"
I think he does have coloring books I’m pretty sure
There is an artist I follow who has a good alcohol marker coloring book and keep up the practice you will improve in art
Ohuhu markers are op imo. I hate my copics 😂 But yeah… why do sharpies gotta stink so bad?! 😵💫
Seriously!! It feels like the smell has gotten worse? I took 5 breaks during this!!!

Loved watching this video. Love the fun you had
Hi adc art attack I have a question is it possible to layer alcohol makers or waters colors and picture thats already been colored with coffee
That was the BEST Outro ever
Nice to see you are having fun again. Nice video.
I love using Sharpies. The smell doesn't bother me and I've never considered blending them. I like them for solid blocks of colour with high contrast. I have other markers for blending.
Can I have Kiba? ❤loved when he jumped on the table 🥰😍
I'm honestly surprised both of these turned out this good!! 😍 but then again, they're not exactly that cheap?

What set of ohuhu would you recommend to start with?
I’m just going to go ahead and say: Best. Outro. Ever.
No outro with dog are allways the best!
I like the Deadpool painting the best!
"Worst outro ever"
Me: On the contrary, I think every video should end with Kiba jumping on the table-
*Kiba jumps on the table*

So is the hair on Logan's arm on top of the suit or does he have jaundice?

Kiba is sooooo cute!!! ❤
The only thing i found better was the flesh tone from the expensive ones tbh. Verdammt 😅😅😅 But i am so NOT an Artist xD
What happened when both alcohol markers and sketch pens are mixed in drawing?
Can u make video on it?
Best... Outro... EVER!
I bought the amazon markers a year ago but i definitely cannot get the same results with them as you do 😢
Is that one of the woah songs I heard?!?? YAAY!!! 😂 love the video adc! Can’t wait to see what you’ve got in store for us! Kiba!!!!! Hello cutie!!! That was an awesome surprise!!!

Oh man your art is sick!! How can I get my hands on that Wolverine and Deadpool?
Looks great, deadpool is the best marvel character by far.
i love chaos outros
I used to use sharpie for engineer blue marking haha
Great info and great video as per usual.
Amazon always be the underdog, but comes out like a champ.

Greatest outro ever you mean!!! Great vid and will for sure never buy sharpie or amazon markers lol.
I wagged my tail when I saw that ADCArtAttack had uploaded a new video
Do 10 styles of Luigi please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ducks are people too!
That Sharpie kit here in Brazil would cost an arm and a leg.... Brazil is a terrible place for artists regarding to the cost of art supplies 😭
You did a great job! On all of them.. and hope you didn't get to high off the sharpies.. lol 🤣 😆 😂
Please do one with Prismacolor markers!
Awesome video ❤😎🤩
🤷♀️ I don’t get the stink issue with sharpies lol and honestly I like it when you do get a whiff ..
Me too😅 I personally don’t mind and have never gotten headaches from them
OMG, Sharpies are expensive in Germany!! That self-same box is available, usually on offer, from Tesco and Smiths for well under £20.
Next video idea: colour in the box😂
I use my Sharpies and Oahu markers together. I can get a good base with Sharpies.
Sharpie marker stinks so bad that make you feel sick. I don’t know why the company does not change that….
I’m surprised how well the Amazon markers did .
Ahhhhh amazon soon gonna make art piecies for museums
Kiba!!!!
Sharpie at 1time made brush tip markers they didnt last long also they have a different type of brushtip now skinnier but hard to find and Im not talking about the fabric ones😊
You are the best😊😊
ADC can you try the spilt coffee art?
Amazon gives Wolverine jaundice confirmed.
Kiba 💖
How can I sponsor a marker company?
I'm thinking a sponsor from Amazon is on its way
i gonna find your channel after 5 year
Honestly, from all the cheap sets I have used I can say with confidence that alcohol markers are extremely hard to screw up and are far easier ro use than Sharpie style markers.
Did you know that sharpie has made brush markers and acrylic markers that are brush pens
👍🏼👍🏼
Personally I prefer the sharpie side. I quite like sharpies
Yeah it looked good!
You should try collaborating with the artist “Draw like a sir”
Am I do only one thinking he smoked some good weed when making this video
Just look at his eyes 👀
Whether he is or isn’t high still love his personality
And loved watching this video
Kiiiiiiiba❤️
At the start I thought the Amazon were the copics
Hi ADC! Hi Bob! How are y'all? Please give Kiba boops and scritches from me!
