His statement is as follows about the issue:
"I'd like to apologize to the motorsport community for what I've done. There are no excuses to explain why I've done such a disgraceful act, this has been something I've never done in my 15 years of career, and I really hope it won't be seen by anybody else in the future.
After the race, once i've been called by the sporting judges, I've asked them to take my licence away because I was fully conscious about my irreparable mistakes, but as they showed me, they don't have the power for doing it, it's written in the international rules, so please, don't be against them, they were just doing their work in the best way they could. For this reason I've decided to don't take part to any other motorsport competition for the rest of my life, that's not a self justice, it's simply the right thing to do. My family has been in karting since 1985, we've seen it grow, we've seen the best and the worst part of it. This episode will be remember as one of the worst in our sport and that's something I'll never forget.
I'm not asking any indulgence, because I don't deserve it. I will totally agree with the punishments required.
I'm writing today to say sorry even if it's not enough, because after all the bad things that happened during this event, the worst ever has been done by me, a guy who love this sport and after the worst day of his life will still remember his good racing memories. Thank you"

On a more positive note, at least your countryman Connor Zilisch took the Academy title becoming the second American karter to take an FIA European karting title this year (with recent Sauber karting signing Ugo Ugochukwu being crowned CIK-FIA OKJ European champion last month). Plus Kremers is also doing French F4 this year (he was scheduled to partake in British F4 with Carlin but went to the former instead) and isn't the only feeder series alumnus racing here given there was also Formula Renault driver Petr Ptacek, TRS driver Emilien Denner and former Ferrari junior and F2 racer Antonio Fuoco (who now races for the Scuderia in sports cars).

    Hey, just some minor correction.
His father WAS one of three owners of the south Garda Karting track. After this incident his ownership was also ended.

I don’t know about the laws in Italy, but in the US both of these idiots would have been arrested and charged with assaulting a minor given that the kid they physically attacked is a 16 year old. This would have made the discussion about potential punishments from the sport a mute point, as it would have automatically constituted a lifetime suspension from virtually if not all karting sanctioning bodies in the US. I can only assume that the FIA would take a similar stance if criminal charges were filed against both from the incident.

He reminds me to Romano Fenati.
Fenati did something similar in Moto2. In a straight, he pull the brake handle of another pilot. What a shame both "drivers".

I know this doesn't have to do al lot with this video but still, I once had a kart and I really enjoyed racing with it, then suddenly I'm about to go racing on the circuit an I see a group of people and a girl standing at the place were the karts go out of the track, i thought it was pretty weird but I still went on the track, and apparently those guys told a girl, who never karted before, to go on the track, but because she didn't kart before she didn't know that she was going the different direction, so we crashed into each other, she got 0 damage, and my kart was completely broken, after that moment i couldn't kart because buying a new one was to expensive.... Stil to this day I hate those guys. (but that doesn't mean I'm going to sabotage them, and punch them like in the video )
