Well, two people posted Nutella memes on my FB wall.. That's all it took for me to CRAVE THIS!!! Nutella Souffle Recipe: www.laurainthekitchen.com/recipes/nutella-souffle/
one of the best cooking channel out there, even better than some shows on tv in my opinion. Your recipes are delicious, presentation are really beautiful, and yet its easy to follow and easy to make
i am on diet this week but seeing this encourage me to make perfect desert after the dinner and my diet failed today grrrr cant resist .anyway its just 2 kilo i need to lose lol
Your the few ppl who hasn't received silly comments but feel-good comments, I'm so glad! Your recipes are an inspiration to us Laura thank u! I'm an Islamic housewife but funnily enough I am not confident with cooking. These recipes are wonderful and your teaching methods are the cherry on the cake. :DD
Hi Laura. A good trick to separate the egg yolk from the egg white is to hold it in your hands and have your fingers spread apart a bit to let the egg yolk slide through. This method allows you to fully separate the yolk from the white and have more of the produce to use.
DuyAnh Nguyen Nhat A great substitution for ramekins, which I have used a lot, is by using tea cups, anything that has a straight wall in order for the souffle to rise ;)
Laura, I'm not sure if you are reading this but if so, you are the cutest thing alive. You have such a great personality and this makes your show even better! Everything you make looks delicious! I hope to see you on TV with your own show one day because you surely deserve it! Love from Canada
I made these souffle last night. It was absolutely delicious! I tripled the recipe so I could make 6 souffles. I asked for some feedback, and some said that it was quite sweet. So if you don't have a sweet tooth you may have to put less nutella...but you will have less of the mixture...not sure how to fix this bit but I would rate it a 97/100! Worth making!
I love how Laura makes it seem like mixing a little of the egg whites first cause its too tough, its like something she just thought of at the moment, when its actually a regular step in making souffle, almost mandatory lol. Simple recipe that works thought!!
I did the same, which worked out just fine. I ended up being able to create more dishes to share with neighbors. Set the time the same as laura perscribes. Then part way through use a fork or a toothpick and check the middle. when they are "done" you won't get a bunch of goo on the toothpick. It'll be close to clean when you poke it in and remove it.
Hi, I have been watching many of your videos featuring your deserts, and I realized that you only use a mixer and not a stand mixer like other people would advise. As a newbie, I would like to ask if investing in a normal mixer is sufficient for baking and desserts, or a stand mixer would be best? Thank you for your kind attention...your souffle looks amazing, I am salivating already!!
great show about food and she has learned like an amateur like me to how to cook proper food so thanks laura. but I have only one concern and that is that since I live in Sweden we use celcius and you use Fahrenheit. I was wondering if you could tell how to bake your cakes or meat etc on both celcius (degrees) and Fahrenheit so I know in what temp I should bake or cook in the oven? thank you so much for your simple recipes laura in the kitchen
Made it for breakfast ( yes I am weird ) and it was so goooood . it is my first time putting something in the oven without burning it ! Laura I love your recipes soooo much!! they always work ,how do you do it ?!
The egg yokes puff like crazy and when she was pouring in the Nutella & egg yokes in the cup things , it was cool how it look like it was the same thing lol , IT LOOK DELICIOUS !!!
OMG! i saw this and went directly to the kitchen to try it !!! ughhhhhhh!!! it was amaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaziiiiing!!!! i sware !!!! thanx for sharing this !!!
Cream of Tartar stabilizes any meringue mixture and allows it to stay how it is longer, as it deforms quickly. You don't need that if you work quickly. It is available in most grocery stores.
hi, it's needed to stabilize the eggwhites, by the way i'm from italy and i usually buy it in pharmacy that make medicine on their own or i buy it from the pastry supply shop and there i usually find the 100g pot from funcakes that is a brand from you place, try to check their site to find some retailer ^^
She said that the cream of tartar was optional. It's really just in the recipe to stabilize the egg whites and keep them nice and stiff. But, you can use vinegar or lemon juice in place of the cream of tartar.
Wish you would provide a link that links directly to the specific recipe on your website. Especially helpful when wanting to make something you made from an older video. It's not very fun trying to find the specific recipe's to get the measurements. Anyway, looks good, I'll probably make this soon.
I don't know if this helps, because I am living in Germany but the powder that Laura put into the egg whites is just a stabilizer for whipping cream (in German "Sahnesteif"). It should be called "crème stijf" in Netherlands.
If you're having a dinner party, can you leave the souffe's in the ramkins uncooked in the fridge, let them come to room temperature and then put them in the oven at the start of your main course, so they will be hot and hopefully still puffed for your party? I've made large souffles for fun with friends and family but these would be adorable for a party. So I was wondering what to do?
Make sure the bowl that you will beat the egg whites in is very very clean. If there is even a small amount of grease, even from your fingers, the egg whites will not come up to stiff peaks.
I'll tell you, after the shock of paying 5 bucks for nutella... I was amazed on how much my children loved this. I did not put the sugar in as instructed however, I think nutella had more than enough sweetness.
yep chocolate toothpaste it's a great recipe for mothers day and you could make it just in general its so delicious its not really a toothpaste its called a toothpaste but its like a delicious tart kind of chocolate pie/ tart
I LOVE THIS! I made it for my boyfriend today and he said exactly the same thing, "This is the best dessert you've ever made." Hahahah Thanks Laura! :)
I made your strawberry bards today and they taste amazing!!!!!! I have tried sooo many of your recipes so far ..... Will try this one soon. I jst need to get a new oven and I'll be in business ... love your apron btw!!! xox

"Don't judge me, you know you've done it." That was hilarious. Thanks for making me smile, as always!
Beautiful! Thanks for the tip on the cocoa powder on the inside of the ramekins.
I like how you eat the food you cook, most chefs don't do that they just serve there plates. But you actually eat the food which is nice :)

I saw the word Nutella so I said " I have to watch it " :)
Whenever i watch the videos (especially ones with desserts), I always put it on the max HD setting - looks amazing!
"Don't judge me, you know you've done it" I loved that xD
Whenever I see a recipe by you where I have all the ingredients, I get so excited.
Laura can you show how to make souffle but with chocolate please! Thanks
Thanks Heava96
***** how did it turn out? (:
I used that instead , It's pretty damn good!
Another awesome creation explained from start to finish. Laura your team rocks.
Can I use bowls instead? I don't have the ramekin....
DuyAnh Nguyen Nhat A great substitution for ramekins, which I have used a lot, is by using tea cups, anything that has a straight wall in order for the souffle to rise ;)
Ilove you

While I was watching the movie pitch perfect in HBO I was eating one of your Nutella cake where I don't have to bake it and it was freaking delicious

You have truly outdone yourself Laura! Can't wait to make this for my boyfriend and I for valentines day!
You have such nice hands lol! Italians and their nice skin so jelly hahaha
I had no idea such a day existed!!
Had to come back as I feel guilty blaming my kids for the empty Nutella jar.....it was me. I ate it. I will hang my head in shame!!!!
When Laura says 'Umm. this is so delicous' i can almost taste the Nutella Souffle in my mouth already
I almost blew up our house?!?? U weren't supposed to microwave Nutella!! It was on FIRE...
How long did you microwave it?
U can microwave Nutella.. It would be on fire if u put it in the microwave too long...
It's true!!!!!
put it in a bowl the glass will explode in u put the whole thing in .
i microwaved it for 20s and its burnt. I cried so much, nearly died because of that =.=
Just made this for my family just now, using your recipe. It was amazing! Thank you!
Bought a huge jar of Nutella as I was going to make this today. Opened jar of Nutella and its empty. None of my kids will own up to eating it either.
I love how Laura makes it seem like mixing a little of the egg whites first cause its too tough, its like something she just thought of at the moment, when its actually a regular step in making souffle, almost mandatory lol. Simple recipe that works thought!!
Pause in 5:06 lol hahahha
Thanks so much for sharing this amazing recipe! just made this tonight for my hubby and my parents on a rainy/thunderstorm night in Canada!
"About a week ago" if you know what i mean ;) #2015
Ya
Anisa Taylor didn't get it
WEEK ago f with us and now we tweaking!! ;)
Just made this and it was SUPER SUPER SUPER easy and sooooooo yummy! Turned out beautifully.
She's a great baker, but it kills me when she pronounces Cream of Tartar. It's pronounced (Tar-Tar) Laura, not (Tar-Ter), lol.
I made this and is so delicious. It was my first souffle and was really really easy to make. If you like nutella and creamy texture, this is heaven!!
I just made this. DE-LI-CIOUS. Laura, YOU'RE THE BEST.
Reminds us of one of the recipes we made in our souffle battle (gianduja souffle) but this one looks even richer, if possible.
Making a good Souffle is such an art and you did it so well..!
I made this for Valentines Day and it was absolutely DELICIOUS. It was a hit!
I did the same, which worked out just fine. I ended up being able to create more dishes to share with neighbors. Set the time the same as laura perscribes. I tried and it worked!! It turned out so good!
You didn't just make souffle, you made nutella souffle. HEAVEN ON EARTH!

Practise and experience makes perfect
The egg yokes puff like crazy and when she was pouring in the Nutella & egg yokes in the cup things , it was cool how it look like it was the same thing lol , IT LOOK DELICIOUS !!!
I made this about a week ago, everyone loved it. We served it with some ice cream and it was a great combo! Thanks Laura! Xoxo
THE ADORABLE CIRCULAR HAND MOTION AT 6:03
OMG! i saw this and went directly to the kitchen to try it !!! ughhhhhhh!!! it was amaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaziiiiing!!!! i sware !!!! thanx for sharing this !!!

Super easy desert! I am defiantly making these next Thursday! Thanks Laura!
Tried it today and it was the easiest thing ever. Also tasted delicious. Great recipe. :)
She said that the cream of tartar was optional. It's really just in the recipe to stabilize the egg whites and keep them nice and stiff. But, you can use vinegar or lemon juice in place of the cream of tartar.
I like the cute egg clip at the end !
This was SO easy and you were right it's amazing

Thanks for the recipe
Tried it and it turned out amazing!
after my exams, im gonna have a laura vitale videos marathon!!!
Omg Laura you're killing me with these amazing videosssssss STAHPPP
I love how you said "Nutella Souffle" slowly because it's exactly how I read the title. Like pause for the epicness of the recipe!
Wish you would provide a link that links directly to the specific recipe on your website. Especially helpful when wanting to make something you made from an older video. It's not very fun trying to find the specific recipe's to get the measurements.
Anyway, looks good, I'll probably make this soon.
You family love this like nothing I have never heard them say! great hit! thank you so much!
I kept screaming the whole time you were naming the ingredients because I was happy I have all that!!
Just made it for my dad and uncle. PERFECTION!!!
You can use like foil cupcake liner thingies, and then tip the souffle over on a plate
She replied to this question once: Laura loves to exercise, and she even gets inspired/ideas for recipes while working out! C:
I don't know if this helps, because I am living in Germany but the powder that Laura put into the egg whites is just a stabilizer for whipping cream (in German "Sahnesteif"). It should be called "crème stijf" in Netherlands.
I will definately try this and make it for my friends as well! Thanks Laura!
I just couldn't help smile when I saw "Nutella Souffle"! :)
check on the video description...you have to go to her website!
I made it with my friend, eating it with vanilla ice cream is the bomb!
I'm on diet but I have an open meal on Friday I'm gonna try this it looks awesome
All of your recipes are absolutely amazing!! I've never been steered wrong :) I'd love to see your take on a souffle pancake?
You should make a series about how to do simple recipies with commmon ingridients Laura
I am SO gonna try this! Easy and delicious (and it looks like I spend hours in the kitchen haha)
When i saw the title of this video i was like omg i love you laura!
By watching you cook it literally makes me really hungry!!!
Lemon juice can replace cream of tar tar, just add a little bit, 1/4 tsp to stabilize the egg white.
Make sure the bowl that you will beat the egg whites in is very very clean. If there is even a small amount of grease, even from your fingers, the egg whites will not come up to stiff peaks.
Today is world Nutella day... how on point is this video!
That looks so good, can't wait to make it for my family that loves chocolate.
I'm so proud to be Italian! Good Job, Laura :)) XXx from Italy
