You forgot a few, such as the lightsaber gauntlet, an example of this was Plo Koon, who wore such a thing, sporting two blades that protruded from the gauntlet's front ports, assumedly for easier slashing qnd rending, while leaving his hands free perhaps for use of his signature Force Judgement lightning which i'm just spitballing about, who knows lol, as this was part of a toy. Now, this wasn't actually used in the show, but was included with an action figure that was a depiction of him from said show, featuring the cartoony design.
also wanted to contribute the kybersaber only seen in the freemaker chronicles! said to be the first lightsaber made entirely of kyber to form one solid blade. it would maximize a force users power and could even emit destructive waves of plasma (seen in a flashback cutting a planet half by its original maker jedi Baird Kantoo)
So would the darksaber be considered a broadsaber because it actually had a blade profile? And a lightsaber parasol is outright ridiculous and impractical...
@@kieranlock3070 Synthetic crystals and actual red crystals ARE canon. I actually thought you might have been right so I looked it up. Plus, we all know a LOT of "Legends" should be canon as they once were.
@colewilliams6623 they are un canon but they are volatile and are not used in lightsabers. That's preference, I prefer the cyber crystals, especially the bleeding, healing factors, they make it more personal. Just imo.
Irek had something closer to just a bunch of lightsaber implants in his joints. There was only one official (innacurate) illustration that shown the suit, but book description clearly lacks that

I think the broadsaber is MASSIVELY underrated. Definitely my favourite variant.
Me too
Massive?
Do you wanna know what else is massive?
@@backwurds9195 LOOOOWWWW TAPEERR FAAAADE
I don’t remember darth bane wielding a lightsaber pike, he more so had a curved hilt lightsaber given to him by the Sith blade master kassim.
I read the three books and I remember that too
Bane's Lightsaber pike is probably madeup by TCW or disney canon which this video favors
@mrzirak792 looked it up, yep it is
Ok, now I know my favorite lightsaber variant, the split saber. For its adaptation and resourcefulness to any lightsaber duel, I get caught in.

I wonder how heavy can Great Lightsaber be that normal human can't wield it..

Great video!!!
1:00 "corsant"
Hear me out:
Floodlightsaber
My favorite is the force saber
Not all Sith sabers (just lightsabers, really) used a bled crystal. Some used synthetic crystals and there were even natural red crystals as well.
You are mixing ledgends and canon.

@@kieranlock3070 I said the same thing earlier but for some reason my comment was removed...
Pretty interesting didnt know there was so many types of blades.
I actually learned something new in starwars after months never heard of th sickle or tagge blades
Awesome!
