I like how the girls have their own personalities. This is how I see it:
Mushroom - Silly/Cheerful
Cheese - Sl*tty/Damsel in distress
Tomato - Lazy
Sausage - Grumpy
Pineapple - Chill
Mushroom doesn't have a thought behind those eyes

this mod is very nicely done, the fact that they went out of their way to have the stuff for the crumbling tower of pizza is great attention to detail
I love this mod solely because you could also rescue the toppins

I see them as only an addition to the Pizza Tower cast. Because there wasn’t too much character behind the the standard toppings beforehand.

Why does this strangely still feel “on theme” with the overall authentic of pizza tower?
it mimics the artstyle, but it does not belong.
To be fair, Wario was saving hot women back in his games, so it kind of makes sense.

People often forget that there is stuff to appreciate in works like this.
Like, someone took time out of their day and a lot of effort to draw all of them, animate them, and add them not only in the usual topping parts but also in the crumbling tower of pizza and the ending
That takes actual effort and dedication, but well you know, either way people dismiss stuff like this just because "Hurr durr horny" which is a shame

I swear, am I one of the only people who actually just _likes_ the designs of the Toppin girls? From what I can tell a good portion of the Pizza Tower community seems to _vehemently hate_ them, calling it the "horni mod" and stuff like that, but personally, I really don't mind them being around. Like, I don't even find them attractive or anything - I just think they're cute, and their designs do a great job at translating the animations of the regular Toppins into a more humanoid form. They aren't even _that_ sexualized considering the reputation of the artist who designed them.
EDIT: Hate to break it to y'all, but if you're physically incapable of seeing _a pineapple in a swimsuit_ in a non-sexual way, that says a lot more about *YOU* than it does about me.

Sus shots aside, i do like the waifu toppins, i know a bunch of people don't but as someone that lives nonhuman things getting turned into human designs, i think these are cute. Cheese is my favorite because i like the whole damsel look she has.
I have the headcanon that the toppin gals are the original form of the toppins in the game, they got cursed into the toppin forms and are stuck like that until you finish the game (similar to princess shokora in Wario Land 4). Idk I think it's fun

Huh, y'know, that really fits. Making it so that the Toppin Gals were cursed and scattered throughout the levels by Pizzahead like Pillar John was ties things together very nicely.

I think I'm pretty sure it's the reverse. The Toppins are the original form, but some sort of horny monster turned them into girls.
Honestly, quite a great showcase! It looks like you had enough fun while making it to include the sugarcoating meme.
The mod itself is pretty good, not only changing the toppins but adding little things like TV animations and CTOP toppins. I really hope the modding community can go above and beyond with this silly game.

Considering most of the negative reactions are based on them being girls, I'd wager to guess that the vase majority of the people complaining are elementary schoolers who still think "Ew, girls have cooties!".
Honestly I think this game is going to become the next Friday Night Funkin'. It's a game that gets popular, but then the fanbase turns into 10 year olds and the game stops being popular.

The SpongeBob sprite is a taunt for the Cheese. I saw it a couple times while trying to see all the taunts, I assume the same is for pineapple
I like how this mod is really high quality
ya know if it wasn't for the weird taunts and the fact the cheese kisses the TV screen I'd say this fits the base game quite well.
Some taunts are actually very clever though, for example, the cheese taunt where she holds up the sign is a reference to Minus8's Shy Gal animation, one of his most popular works.
Also Michael Jackson sausage.
I knew it! I predicted this mod would be made! (Though anyone who's been around long enough would be unsurprised by this mod existing as well and yet people still act shocked) what an absolutely incredible work of art! And I'm glad someone was willing to pay homage to such a talented artist who deserves credit for their never ending talent!

I always see this pack when searching up Pizza Tower and I'm not surprised it was made by Minus8, that's just, I kinda expected that tbh.
Just now seeing the full showcase (I’m typing this before watching the updated version), they put in a LOT of effort into this mod, rather than just making it a reskin pack for the toppins.
They went out of their way to create their own monitor animations for collecting the toppins, placing them in the Crumbling Tower of Pizza for you to save them in the end, and also edited their end credits photo cards!
I gotta give mad respect to the mod creator for this sort of dedicated effort put into this mod!

One day i was testing mods and forgot to turn this one off, like two days after that i was completing the game normally at 100%, and when i started playing The Crumbling Tower Of Pizza i just was thinking "Why didn't i notice the toppins on this level", and get all of them, without knowing that this was not normal
