    I was just sitting in my college dorm. Saw the sunset out my window and wanted to meditate on it. This is the first one that caught my eye. In this I didn’t close my eyes I just watched the sunset. This meditation made me so emotional. I didn’t think I’d live to see this day. But I did. All the bad days. They were worth it because SO MANY things in life. Are worth it. And I just sobbed happy tears for 15 minutes. It was so therapeutic. And wonderful. And I just. Thank you. Thank you so much.

    I've been meditating for the past couple of days with these videos and I feel way lighter, letting go of all the negativity I tend to hold on it's been so freeing for me. I was born and raised a Christian and these type of practices were often demonized but now I realized it's just taking a moment to appreciate your body, your mind and nurture it with love, thank you Aileen ❤️

      Same!! As a Christian meditation was seen as something "evil" but i believe that its truly about connecting with urself and ur soul :) meditating truly has helped my mental health immensely

      Joe just follow the path that jesus or budha has shown to every hunan beings. There is no difference in any religions belief . Every religion says don’t hurt anybody. If budha is not your idol then just don’t follow his path pretty simple. But I am pretty sure Jesus hasn’t said you to mock someone’s religion or idol.

    Towards the end of this meditation, the image of me walking into darkness came up. I was a bit scared but I kept going. I found myself as a child, in a fetal position crying. I told her everything was going to be okay and I gave her a big hug. Everything around me then got brighter. My inner child needed this today. Thank you. 🙏🏽❤

    i love this meditation, I've done a couple of techniques and i really like the simplicity of this. i use it twice a day if i can and it keeps me centered. as a addict in recovery it's a huge part of caring for myself. love to all of you have a great day

      Everytime I meditate I drift off in a bright light but I get scared and open my eyes!!! Is that normal?

    I have never meditated in my life, even though I think about it all the time. I was laying on the couch trying to sleep but couldn’t do it, I have anxiety. Then I saw the video and played it just for curiosity. For my surprise I fell asleep and woke up nearly an hour later with a Pick Up Limes recipe video playing in the background OMG! Perfect combo 😆
    I’m gonna be playing this everyday now, hopefully not just to sleep but to meditate as well. Thank you 🙏

    Every time I meditate I’m able to connect with my inner world. All the worries, anxieties or even sadness that have no space in a busy day. I’m able to cry when I need it and this way I clean myself. Saying goodbye to the troubles and welcoming good feelings, positivity and fresh energy. Thank you for this beautiful meditation.

    I was so sad to have missed the 30 minute journal challenge BUT SO HAPPY to be a part of this. First time properly meditating. Took a warm shower, put on a sheet mask and started the video. LOVED IT! I got emotional. Will definitely continue. Love from Sweden! =)

    Lavendaire, Namaste. My wife has never been able to meditate. My wife and I have been doing this meditation now for over 7 months every evening.
    This is a wonderful combination of music, pictures, video and your voice. It is excellent. We often discuss the nuances of the various scenes and memories in our own lives. Thank you so much. 😊 This has helped us on many levels.

      I used to say, " I love myself and tomorrow, when I am even better- I will love myself then too" Took 6 months of continuous effort, but it finally took and now today- 30 years later...I have passed this along to many. Also, when your mind drops into negative experiences you can say: "Let go, it's ok" or "Cancel" . ..You can do it, keep the faith!

    Aileen, I always return to this meditation whenever I feel called to do so or am guided into it. I was never one to meditate and I still find it hard to incorporate it daily, but whenever I do, this is the video I return to. It's so beginner friendly and once I fall into a rhythm, I find myself ahead of you in the guided steps 💜

    I really got 'the light' aspect today-I surrounded myself with strings of light, then I sent them out- across town to my daughter at work, my husband upstairs working, my father in Halifax. And somehow that made me SO happy and light. You just might make me a believer in this, after all. Thank you, Aileen.

    Wow… thank you!!! When i opened my eyes i instantly felt all the love, peace, and happiness that I could possibly receive. To that point that it made me cry. I just recently lost my job. But i am confident there are things bigger at play here that is preparing for something bigger. I don’t yet know what it is. I don’t yet know where I am headed. But i feel confident that where I am going is exactly where I need to be. To be honest, I was not happy at my job. For a long time I wanted to quit but was waiting for the right moment. I guess that right moment was now. The universe or the powers that be determined it to be so. This is the time for me to continue to look deep within myself and hopefully find some answers or perhaps the answers will reveal themselves to me in due time. For now, i will focus on what makes me happy. Self care, meditation, reading, and music. I hope anyone who reads this receives all the positive energy, love, and peace they deserve.
