How did his career progress? When did they acquire WARID and how did it convert into JAZZ? How has Jazz evolved over time? What are their goals to make Pakistan digital? Why is their partnership valuable? Who provides the inventory? Eventually, can Dastgyr become the main source of supply? Was it risky to announce it during this time? What is the next step? Why has 5G not been introduced in Pakistan yet? How can the internet situation in Pakistan be improved? Luxury Vs. Necessity and Spectrum. Aamir Ibrahim, CEO for a reason ! 👍👍 Very intelligent and eloquent in his ideas. One request to him, Please take over Ufone and make it better. 😃
Next invite CEOs of other Telecom companies (Telenor, Ufone, Zong) and listen to their future plans. Especially CEO of Ufone and ask him why Ufone did not do well and why it is still far behind from other Telecom companies and what is wrong with thier internet services. Any upcoming mergers in Telecom Industry etc.

Everytime I hear your prodcasts I feel so fortunate to be born in India and the things services and products that we take for granted in India are considered luxury in Pakistan, no doubt these guys are trying to make a difference through tech but the level of services and scale are so archaic, I can only say mera bharat mahan

Being an Indian my take away is Jazz mindset is its looking to charge premium for its services for customers which is fine in markets like America but not in India and pakistan
Here is India u can send money to anyone (and I mean anyone from small chaiwala stall to even big supermarket through mobile and I don't get charged for my payments companies like phonepe and googlepay is dominating the fintech industry in India
And coming to mobile services in India avg cost of internet is 155 INR (300 PKR) per month in which I get 30gb internet and unlimited calls and 300 sms and subscription to video streaming platform
Companies should be money minded but should provide a descent service at affordable rates

I think the fair due to which no new foreign investments are coming to Pakistan is due to the collapse of India's most popular unicorn companies. Great guests. However, at 56:52 his remarks about “autonomous vehicles needing low latency …” doesn’t make any sense. Why would you need an Internet connectivity for making localized decisions in an autonomous vehicle, that really makes no sense either vehicles these days using LiDar like technologies or ML models to make the next decision for the vehicle. Really smart guy but didn’t expect such an example from a high caliber person like Aamir bhai.
