- Tasty papads can be prepared by using breadfruits. Process is similar to Jack papads, as there is similarity in jackfruit and breadfruits. Steam cook the pieces, grind/ pound them, make balls if required then press it. Finally sundry them. This is the process of making breadfruit papads. Add spices like dhania, jeera and chilli powder while grinding. Jeera or hing is added inorder to prevent gastric problem from it. It is very enjoyable moment with family during papad making. It also brings unity in family.
Ingredients:-
Bread fruit 10-20
Coriender seeds 1/2 cup
Cumin seeds 1/2 cup
Red chilli powder 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Coconut oil
