Exactly, these countries are for side hustle, exploring your full potential, developing your personal talents, travelling, hiking, not for buying every home available on planet. 10 to 15 years ago Canada had the same quality of life of scandinavian countries. It used to feature in worlds happiest countries to live. Also Canada was known as country of "nice" people that culture is history now. I wish that country is back. Also what is the point having educated people when they have no quality of life and their greed pulls everyone's quality of life down.

Gold is still the safest investment in the world. Nobody can predict the stock market. Lehman brothers, Kodak, Phillips etc are a few stocks that crashed bad and were good companies.

The Govt should give boosting to construction of flats and change zones so that it may boost construction industry. The govt should establish DDA or Development Authoruty so that new immigrants or others will get good accommodation.
I have realized that scarcity of jobs and problems of accommodation.They should call foreign investors.
Mostly punjabi /shaikh people/students are coming fir the sake of education
From Magarashtra,students are interested in USA after B.E/ME or MS.students are investing money for education purposes. Students from Maharashtra especially from Pune/Mumbai they are really brilliant and looking for US.
In pune/mumbai fresh employees are getting good aakary average Rs 100000 per month
Scarcity of Jobs to students is a problems. But those who are getting more than Rs 1500000 per month,they are not interested to Canada.
