Do the palestinian people have the right to break out of the largest open-air prison? The entire situation could have been different, i for one, would choose freedom and self-determination. That said, i wish war was not an option. The problem: If Israel stop now, they will face endless insurgents committing terror acts in Israel. The same for the Palestinians in Gaza. The only 2 routes in this conflict is either a two-state solution, where they can learn to live together, or the alternative is what we are currently witnessing with the IDF in Gaza. It is clear what route Israel chose to take. If the world want to stop this, the time is now!!! I choose freedom for the people of Palestine. What a sad period in humanity's history..

Miller’s inference that Netanyahu is doing everything solely to stay in power is unsupported and slanderous. He makes preference to the ongoing trial against Netanyahu, but the Court in that case has already said that “bribery” cannot be proved, and that statement is essentially the end of the trial, though it may continue for a few months.
As for “risk aversion” or “risk tolerance,” more than 90% of Israel’s Jews demand the end of Hamas. It’s not coming from Netanyahu, it’s from the people. Netanyahu has promised repeatedly that Hamas will be destroyed, the most recent promise last night (5/13), that is what the people want, and that is what will happen. Larry M. Goldstein
