I recently started my breaking journey about 1 month ago. Everyday I was watching tutorials on TH-cam and trying to work out the perfect routine. After I found your videos, man, you have enlightened my path. So many great advices that motivates me even more. Im currently 21, and I have background from martial arts and hip hop dance. Sadly I don’t have any studio close to me that teaches breaking, so I have no choice but to learn by myself. At least I have Grandmaster Focus here on the digital side;)
    Much love!

Wanna flip this around from another perspective: It's not just the doctor prescribing the pills, it's also the patients taking them rather than changing their lifestyle because that is HARD. Help cannot be just poured upon anybody, it's ultimately the individual's responsibility. The best way to improvement is a motivated patient working with a team of professionals and also some pills (if necessary) to help the journey. The same thing with breaking.

the red pill for bboys. so many important points in such a short video. in my first years i dived into the culture really intensive and developed an authentic love for the music that just shows in the way i move and it feels good. If i dont sleep enough, my pratise effectivity lowers by 50%.

I would add knowledge on here too. I often find techniques from other arts that help you dance. I remember reading about the Oulipo poetry movement and how they would make poems with restrictions. It changed my training afterwards (Especially when I met Vic who also trains that way). I also found that Picasso creates a lot of art and 99% of it was trash, but he kept creating and that 1% revolutionized the art world!
