    Cool video nice to hear from an active bboy in their 30s... I'm 37 and starting a beginners class for kids your suggested schedule planning is really informative as I'm a father of 3 and a working man so this is great just wish I had the stamina and skill as you..lol. anyway thank you for the great video.. Peace.

    Thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience. I have overtrained my shoulder and actually ended back to doing push ups on knees. This guideline will help me not overtrain. Like you said quality over quantity. Appreciate you!

    Dope. In line with that awesome track you have at the backround, maybe you can share some other good break music or albums? The one's we can train to.
    Awesome vids. Keep em coming. 👊

    appreciate for the great knowledge ! How to train New moves efficiently would be a good topic? :p

    • @naftaz
      @naftaz 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      first you try to make it slower and after that you try it with normal speed,if you are curious how to create new moves,just try to create them from crashes,its good method

    You kinda touch on it at the beginning, but most bboys training is seriously inefficient. Move... loooongg break.... set.... talk. I go to the gym with other guys and I've usually done my entire workout while they are still talking, lol.
