My opinion on this capsule is that you can't call yourself a bboy without a foundation. Without it you are only doing gymnastics.

dope video! though I don't really feel like the real MC's vs mumble Rappers comparison really works because it is not really defined what a mumble rapper is and also who of the rappers that are nowadays successful and changing the game will stay and leave legacy and who will not. I feel like even in the golden 90s era of rap there were people activilly changing the game and bringing their own characters into the music and others trying more or less successful jumping on the "hype" of style that was around back then. You totally hit that point in breaking terms though, when you said that its not a good approach to jump on only what's trending...I just feel like in rap and in breaking there a "newer" cats bringing their actual own characters and originality but they are not getting respect from OGs that are insisting too much on their ways trying to push their own conceptions as universal values.
I think he just doesn't like mumble rap.

What is Foundnation?
foundation is the feeling of breakin, the beat, rhythm, basic executed clean and crisp. that's what it is for me...not what you do but how you do it. It's like building a house/building....foundation terrible...roof not going to stay up for very long.
Can you tell me how to improve those foundation.
