I have literally been observing my body for one n half year and ,I found out that if I stop eating rice to loose weight and after getting desire weight, or body and then start again eating rice my body will start gaining,so eat everything in moderation everything and live natural life as our grandparents used too
For me eating rice for lunch in moderate amount and early dinner with rice around 7/8 pm works. Leaving rice gives me mental stress (I am from rice eating bengali race) and having more will led to weight gain. Eating moderate/less rice once a day helps me reduce stress and manage weight.
yes if we eat polished white rice we will go high up on weight. eat dark red rice or dark colored rice or dark parboiled rice soak it prev day or early morng and cook open n eat . wirh dark rice we can auto eat only little n feel full soon
we can have brown natural sugar unbleached , gud jaggery which is healthier than dirty white sugar whi h was introduced in India during British rul2- all the whites of food, aluminium vessels etc were intro to us during British period to accomplish their natural side effects easily and rule India longer.
Should consideration for RO filtration go beyond TDS values? What about microplastics and chemicals like PFOA? Isn’t RO the best technique to filter these?
Hello mam your video is very informative is good I try most of things from this video but still my belly fat don't go this happen only during summers I drink water less cold. During winter there is no abdomen fat I think this is because of drinking warm water during winters

If you study water treatment engineering you will understand.. water does contain calcium magnesium ,phosphates, iron many more.. presence of calcium magnesium causes hardness that's why they install RO , red orange stains in sinks is caused by iron, water has also fluoride arsenic.. you can check drinking water parameters
