Okay so question say you got 3inch intakes for the car and you have to get tuned the part that I don’t get is what if you have to drive a long way to your tuner are you able to drive the car to the dyno without damaging anything or put it on a trailer or install the intakes right before you get on the dyno ?
I have dual intakes right now and it’s throwing the check engine soon light, what I researched it’s getting too much air not enough fuel, if I keep driving like this will it do any type of damage?
I have 2016 370z nismo as well. I do have a question though…i have added the Stillen 3 inch CAI and the AAM Resonated short tail. Do you recommend to get her tuned perhaps with the Ecutek since i am not planning on getting Catback on long tube headers anytime soon. Thanks
Ya im waiting on Berks resonated Test pipes they wont be here until mid to late March and my tune expires on the April 1 so I hopefully I can get them installed and do the data logs before April 1st.
Hey man I have a vq35hr 08g35x I have kinetic high flow cats and jms muffler delete it’s an automatic how reliable to tune it car has no issues 180k miles rn
I have no clue, but my shit runs clean, premium or e85. Headers, test pipes, RS enthalpy tune, and a bunch of other stuff the previous owner did. Thing fuckin flies and grips the road like a champ.
Just do a cat delete and intakes get it tune also before tunning make sure you do compression test for the engine very important! Dino tunes sometimes are overrated. Get a tune with a professional on this usually old people that been on this game and do builds.
I’d only install the catback, but install the longtube headers/ or test pipes and intakes at the same time. W the fuel system stuff then get your base map. Don’t harm your engine because car will run extremely bad w/o a tune on test pipes or headers.
I’m about to hit 200k on my g25, anybody think it’s worth it or worth risking the reliability? because I’m not looking for crazy power increases, I just want to put my exhaust and drop in filters to use instead of running no tune at all
@@issaslowz when I got it it was around 160k, I’ve been doing constant oil changes, I fixed some overheating issues, and I always push my car with no issues, I wouldn’t even need more than a mild tune, you think I would be good?
True, im going for my second tune after i add cams amd port my blower (Stillen roots blower for the DE)
i’m Half fbo rn but wanna go fbo e85 and get retuned one last time so hopefully it’s not too harsh on the car
Ok for full fbo do I need headers and would it help with the tune at all I got gen 3 intakes and isr setup still on the way
I have aam short tails do you recommend getting. A full exhaust I was thinking of getting test pipe and y pipe and Combine that with my short tails
Fbo here n tuned recently but was wondering If you swap out ur muffler delete for isr muffler, would i still need a retune?

Do the install before hand. Prep your car to put on the intakes at the shop since intakes don't take that long to toss in and out

Did you end up tuning?
True. I got headers I still need to install but I got 2 and a half inch intakes, Art pipes and a catback.
Same with my G
yooo i live in dallas hope u loved the sunsets
Hi, I have a 10gen civic nd ut got 3500km on it but I wanna make it faster should I get a tune?
If you wanna make it faster you should sell it and get something else
Would you recommend a lower and upper manifold?
Yes
only reason ima get retuned later this year is to go on e85 bc the city i live in rn only got 1 station w e and i live 20 minutes away from it 🙃
Would u recommend changing the 2 upstreams for headers before tuning?
yes
i actually have a pair for sale
Yes

I’m getting tuned august 5 and I only got short air intake and straight pipe
Not worth it tbh
@@arko1830 it’s actually worth it , I’m having fun with it
Get rid of the short tube intakes
You in Florida bro?
where u get the forehead camera

370 whp in a vq?
Well on e85 I'm just shy of that, n/a.

False
@@austin9k_855 hope you like that motor health from your car leaning out 😹
Is that true? Cause I threw on art pipes & I haven't tuned my car lmao
Can you do full exhaust with AAM resonated short tail muffler delete Or do i need to get rid of that when i do full exhaust? Thanks
u can run test pipes with no tune even my local tuner said its fine im jus going to be running lean not to the point im harming the engine tho

@jalenwho id do water pump and gallery gasket and valve gasket. That’s what’s going to kill the engine
@@issaslowz okay thank you appreciate that bro💪🏽
@jalenwho yes sir 💪
bruh I didn't come here to watch you wash your car. 2.5 minuets with no information I'm out.
