This is the most relateable film for eveyone who lives in ireland Every character is based off someone you know In every subburb in ireland theres a billy murphy a dickhead gaurd A single mam and an abusive dad it captures the life of a teen living in the working class areas of ireland perfectly
I always liked the television show better because Billy Murphy as a character was treated better there than he was here. Especially in the episode where he hijacks a bus and makes friends with the people on the bus.
Did anyone realise roy keane did a cameo in the series in the fish n chip van episode , i didnt realise it was him til recently😂
I actually didnt know young offenders had a movie,
Very underrated movie it’s genuinely so well written and iconic
